Best pediatric eye doctor in the DMV! Wonderful with kids and their parents from beginning to end. Dr. Wei has been helping to fix my daughter's astigmatism for the past year and even though she's out of network happy to pay knowing my daughter is well taken care of and is close to our home.

I am another eye doctor in the area who has been lucky enough to share many patients with Dr. Wei. Nothing but the highest remarks for the care she has provided to all of her patients. GREAT DOC!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Wei for over three years, since she was three years old. Dr. Wei always greets us with a smile and is full of cheer. My six year old feels comfortable going to her eye appointments and often tells me that Dr. Wei is "the best doctor ever!" We have recommended Dr. Wei to many friends and they all give her high marks as well. She books up fast, but Dr. Wei is worth the wait. We absolutely love Dr. Wei! She is thorough and knowledgeable. She does not rush and takes time to speak with us and answer my questions patiently. I chose to take my son to see her because she was trained by my pediatric opthamologist (Dr. Parks) and I have not been disappointed. We live really far away but it is worth it.

Her office staff is very rude and unprofessional. I had to go back and forth several times to find out if our insurance includes her in our plan. This was after I had already confirmed with my insurance. Both my pediatrician and myself had to argue that they were not calling my correct insurance department. (I would not have gone through all of this with them but they pulled this on me the day of our appointment so I had no other choice unless I wanted to wait two months to see a different doctor) Even after all of that, they still billed me incorrectly. When I called to explain to the office manager that it was incorrect. The receptionist told me that I was incorrect and refused to let me speak to the office manager. I left a voicemail and no one has yet to call me back. I should be worrying about the health of my children, not the incompetence of their receptionist. Dr. Wei AND her staff are amazing. She came highly recommended from our pediatrician. She did have about a 3 month wait to make an appointment bc it’s summer time so all the kiddos see her when school is out. She’s worth the wait and/or she does have a cancellation list that they utilize! Couldn’t have been happier with my experience!

My toddler sees her and has received excellent care. She is thorough and addresses all concerns.

She is always prompt and efficient and knowledgeable. Never keeps you waiting.

She has poor medical and business ethics standard. Went for my daughter follow up with her taking my daughter from school. I changed my insurance lately. I had to talk the Insurance company because they had problem accessing it. This took me about 30 minutes. Just after I finished talking to the insurance people she told me that she wouldn't see my patient because time had passed. When I got mad and asked her to give the medical record to see another doctor,she said that I had to wait for a wee

She is nice...but does NOT work on weekends! Kids are in school. How on earth do you do schedule unless your kid can miss a day of school. Unfortunate. I have to find someone else.
