We have been going their for years and love the dentist. Unfortunately her staff is not the best. We stopped going because they wanted me to leave my 10 yr old in the car unaccompanied while my 6 year old got a check up. Covid precautions are not an issue but you cant endanger children in the process.

USELESS PRACTICE!!! My 3 year old daughter, suffered a trauma to her two front teeth and they refused to establish her as a new patient. Would only see her for an initial cleaning and teeth exam. Stated they were unable to “to see her for her trauma.” However, they were able to ask if I had insurance to cover the visit. What a Thoughtless establishment. USELESS PRACTICE!!! My 6 year old and I love Dr. West and all of her amazing staff. My son actually asks me when he gets to go to the dentist and how much longer will it be. He is so excited to go to Dr. West’s office! They do a thorough job and obviously are excellent at making children feel safe and even excited to be there. Dr. West always talks to me after each appointment and goes into detail of what they saw and what I need to be doing as a parent. I would not take my child anywhere else.
