Dr. Tao and staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. A good experience considering it was for a root canal!

I have had many root canals done in my life but this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Dr. Tao is very knowledgeable and skilled. She managed to get a very difficult root canal completed. Her assistant comforted me and took my fear away. I was very nervous but I felt I was in a safe environment the entire time during my visit. The office staff is courteous, friendly and very professional as well. Dr. Tao will be my endodontist for life for sure. I will certainly not hesitate to refer Dr. Tao and her team to my family , friends and clients as they did an exceptional job putting me out of pain and completing my procedure.

Dr. Tao was wonderful and really did an excellent job of putting me at ease for my root canal. She made this root canal as painless as possible.

Went in for a root canal assessment and they were prepped and ready for the actual procedure. All staff were kind and efficient. Dr Tao was quick and very pleasant. First time I experienced the protection band around the tooth and mouth area! This helped debris from falling down near my throat. It was very professional and so far the tooth is experiencing normal pain and has not become inflamed. Make sure to take OTC anti-inflammatory asap! I’d have them in your car ready to go!

Root canal has changed a lot I was really impressed with the process, had procedure years ago night and day difference. Dr. Tao was extremely professional and has this procedure down pat. Made me very comfortable and very little discomfort after the procedure. highly recommend,

A couple of days ago, I visited Doctor Tao’s office for root canal treatment on a lower molar. This is the third time I have seen Doctor Tao and I can say, without a doubt, she is the best at what she does. Her office has a calming, tranquil atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Doctor Tao is very professional and obviously cares about her patients wellbeing. She is gentle, yet very thorough in her technique and absolutely gets the job done right. I appreciate that she called to check up on me the next day. While root canal therapy will never be my idea of a fun time, I will not hesitate to visit Doctor Tao again should the need arise and would highly recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Tao has probably done 4 root canals for me over a 15 to 20 year period. I have always been treated very professionally by the entire staff. All of the procedures were pain-free and in a very timely manner. Was taken promptly on time which is a good start to a visit. Doctor and technician were courteous and professional at all times. Doctor advised me of options/costs and I decided to approve root canal. They were able to access it and add a post in addition. Sedation was effective and I didn’t need a pain reliever after the procedure. They were patient when I requested a couple of bathroom breaks. Dr Tao had such a gentle way when injecting Novocain and performing root canal’s. I would not go to anyone else.

Everyone working here was so nice and made my procedure a very great experience. The nurse, Caroline I believe, went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. And Dr. Tao did a great job keeping me informed of what she was doing and what to expect.

I went to Dr Tao after a referral from my dentist that said the cost would probably be 300.00 and I went to Dr Tao and asked for an accurate estimate. On the registration that I filled out I even made a note that I agreed to make no payments until an estimate was provided and agreed upon. They checked me out and said it would cost anywhere between 1200 and 2500 or so, much more than expected, but could not narrow that down and could not tell me what my insurance would pay. They said it would take 3 weeks to get an answer from my insurance to see what they would pay. Well months went by and they never did get back to me with the cost to proceed, but the did send me a bill for unauthorized charges and have now sent it to collections. Stay clear of this office unless you don’t mind dealing with an unprofessional and deceptive practices, have money to burn, and don’t care what the bill will be when it shows up. I will be contacting the better business bureau and leaving negative reviews everywhere possible. We cannot allow the medical profession to operate this way. Getting a root canal is never a favorite activity. However, my experience with Dr. Liwen Tao exceeded my expectations beginning with a clear explanation of the cost upfront, an efficient review and diagnosis of my problem tooth, and an equally efficient and thorough completion of the task. With Dr Taos office the root canal I now have caused a dangling To fix it I need an implant which is on the lower front. If it was done properly I would not be having all these complications and future money and pain.

And she very calmly and competently was able to handle my sons tooth. She respected all of our beliefs and really just communicated to HIM as a person. Explained everything to him before she did it. This is the first time that I have used this doctor for a root canal. I have had other root canals done but this one went very well and I had no after effects or any next day source. had my 3rd root canal with Dr. Tao yesterday and I cannot recommend her enough! extremely informative, professional and compassionate.

I had two root canals and one old root canal retreated. Dr. Tao did it all in one visit, with no pain or discomfort. I have had cleanings that were tougher. I have swallowing and gagging issues and Dr. Tao made the entire process easy. If you need a root canal, Dr. Tao is the one to see.

I had a great experience with Dr Z and staff. The office staff was able to get me in as a new patient within 3 days. I was already recommended their office by 2 friends who both had 3 root canals done by both Drs. Dr Z explained everything to me and her assistant even provided headphones with nature sounds. The procedure was completely painless with ZERO downtime. Dr Z even personally called a few days after to see how I was feeling. She doesn't care of your health and well being, just her money.

I have had several root canals by Liwen Tao over the last 5 to 10 years and now I am having problems with EVERY root canal she ever did. I could understand if it was one tooth maybe but I'm talking about three or four teeth that she supposedly fixed and now I need fixed again or pulled. DO NOT GO THERE!

I have seen Dr. Z twice for two different procedures. My experience was really great. I was so surprised at how minimum the amount of pain. I did not have to take any pain medication. Healing was quick. I highly recommend this practice.
