I didn’t know he was locked up to distributing medicine I just tried to set up an appointment find out he was locked up

I would 0% recommend coming to this doctors office they are very unprofessional they do not get anything done that you need done they do not listen they’re rude they hang up the phone on you if you need a referral to see anybody else it will take months for them to send anything to any other offices if you care about your health and well-being I would not come to those doctors office Honestly they don’t even keep medical records they can never find peoples records they do not document anything I honestly do not know how this office is still open and running they need to be closed down because it is not a real doctors office it is basically a piece of s*** and no one should come here for any type of medical related issues... I have been with Dr. Bugarin for about 10 years. He was first recommended by a friend for my granddaughter when I had temporary custody of her and in need of a pediatrician. She warned up to him so quickly that I decided to make him my PCP. He and his staff are always kind to me, always professional and I'm proud to call him my doctor. He is now the doctor of my new great granddaughter. I wish him all the best in his medical practice moving forward..I just adore him because no matter how bad my day is going, I'm guaranteed to leave his office smiling every single time...???? Dr Bugarin has been our family doctor for over ten years and he has always been very kind and professional in his practice , my children are very comfortable with him. He makes certain that you are given undivided attention and does not prescribe medication without first doing a thorough exam at his office. I was in a car accident and required pain management, he immediately referred me to a pain management doctor and whenever I needed a referral for any other other specialist, they were very prompt in getting me referred. I wish I could rate this office negative stars! They lost my records, said I was never a patient when I have my prescription bottle with THE DOCTORS NAME ON IT!!! also the office staff was extremely rude!!!! Whomever the so called manager is yelled at me on the phone then hung up! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I should have looked this place up sooner! NO WONDER THIS PLACE HAS TERRIBLE REVIEWS! Love Dr Burgarin he has been our family doctor for almost seven years people say what you want I could care less

Dr. Bugarin is an excellent Dr. and I had no issues with him. He was very at tentative to my children and their health issues. My problem was with certain staff members (front desk). There were several occasions I got into verbal confrontations with certain staff members because they were NOT helpful. There were appointments with specialist that were missed because of their lack of submitting referrals on time. I've since changed doctors because of them, not because of Dr. Bugarin.

Unprofessional.. Staff can't even take blood pressure properly.. Doctor has an attitude and started yelling with complete anger issue.. WASTE OF TIME.. DONT EVEN GO

I wouldnt recommend them to noone!!! They shouldn't be in this practice!! Always losing records and asking questions that they should already know. They never return your phone calls!!! O and almost gave my son the same shot in one day!!

Horrible my son couldn't get into school because they lost his medical records. After 2 days of being told we are busy I will call you back with no return call, I actually go there and sit for 40 minutes before the receptionist tells me they can't find his records. Also they kept asking me when was he last seen..... they are supposed to have that information in their computer. Just negligent, rude people. I'm going to another pediatrician tomorrow!
