I apologize for the bad review I gave Dr Kotin. I thought he had done my son’s root canal but I was mistaken. I still wish this office had an emergency number in case of a problem.

This is a GREAT dental office! From the receptionist to the hygenist to the dentist it was a fabulous experience. The hygenist took extra care with my x-rays after I told her I gag easily and did a wonderful job. Dr. Kotin was extremely thorough taking his time to examine every tooth carefully and only recommended work that was necessary. He was excellent at explaining his findings in a clear and understandable way. I recommend him highly. This is a GREAT dental office! Dr. Trotsky is a very caring dentist. I haven’t had major work done on my teeth, but she’s done cosmetic work and it always comes out great. She has great bedside manner and I enjoy going to see her every time.

Lora Trotsky is the best dentist I have ever had, and I've had many good ones over the years. She is meticulous about her work and extremely knowledgeable. She is also very personable, and takes a genuine interest in her patients. My teeth have never been in better shape over the fifteen plus years she has been treating me. Her staff is also outstanding, ,including the hygienists and office manager. I feel very fortunate to have found her. Dr. Trotsky is amazing and the best dentist I have ever had. She came highly recommended from several families I knew. She is incredibly thorough and takes into account a long term, most efficient plan that is patient focused. When doing a procedure, she lets you know every step of the way and makes sure the level of pain is lowest and always forewarns when there may be something uncomfortable. I highly recommend her! You will not find a better dentist than Dr. Trotsky in the state of Massachusetts.She has done an outstanding job caring for my teeth over the last decade and I am very grateful.In addition to being brilliant she is very personable and is genuinely interested in her clients' well-being.I can't imagine going to anyone else.
