Dr. Loren A. Brooks

I've found her easy going, supportive, and willing to laugh at my jokes. Scheduling can be challenging, as I might not confirm a time until the day of the session, but usually the actual time isn't too far off from the expected time. If I don't think we're focusing on the right stuff, I redirect the conversation and address what matters to me at the time.

De Brooks has been amazing with my daughter. Empathetic, good listener, helps her brainstorm ideas to deal with her issues. She is caring, supportive and relates so well with my daughter. We have been to several counselors and she has been the best!

Never really got a good feel from her. Plus when I needed to reschedule an appt, I called and left TWO voicemail messages more than 48 hours in advance. I never heard from her again! I will never go back to her.

I never write reviews, but Loren Brooks is the worst therapist I have ever encountered. She spent the majority of my appointment on the phone with my insurance company. Then ended with telling me I need to be more positive. Positive, after suffering two miscarriages in a row. Thanks. She also looks NOTHING like her picture. Do not waste your time by going to her.

Doesn't care about anyone but her self she's so selfish.. you could tell her your going to kill yourself and she wouldn't give a damn
