Changed my good review to a negative review, today. Our family has always had a good experience with this doctor until they decided to be biased. Urgent care is the route we will go now. Decarlo needs to get better staff.

I set an appointment to have my sleep medicine prescribed.... the day before the appointment some very rude lady called my wifes phone to insist i do a wellness check while im at it.... i told her they did it at the last one a month or so before, so i said not this time... she argued it was not done and that they were going to let my healthcare provider know so they could quote weed me out.... so i cancelled my appointment and let them know i would find another doctor with a more professional staff.... on the flip side dr decarlo himself is actually a very caring and good doctor I set an appointment to have my sleep medicine prescribed.... the day before the appointment some very rude lady called my wifes phone to insist i do a wellness check while im at it.... i told her they did it at the last one a month or so … More

I am seen at the Armada office. I find the staff to be pleasant, accommodating and friendly. I receive excellent care from Dr. DeCarlo.

If I could put a zero I would. I have been going to the Armada location for years. They merged with the Capac office and now I'm working with office, billing, and managers who are rude and have no idea what they are doing. I have no choice but to find a different family doctor. This is Dawn’s Husband Ed posting this. I have never been treated so bad by a doctors office. I have ptsd from serving in the military and being a correctional officer. I had an appointment that they called me and they canceled. A couple weeks later I called to get my anxiety medication refilled. They said they wouldn’t fill it because I hadn’t been seen for 5 months. I explained to them that they canceled my appointment or I would have been seen. She didn’t care one bit. I told her I work at a prison and due to Covid there was a shortage of officers so I can’t get the time off to be seen. She didn’t care. I told her I don’t take this medication for fun, it’s very much needed. She didn’t care one bit. Apparently money is more important than the patients mental health. Do not go there. Incredibly rude staff. I'm always given a hard time while I'm there, from the receptionst to the nurse; the wait times are atrocious and Dr. Decarlo has been my primary for a while now and I've never actually met him

A great doctor takes his time and explains everything to you and the staff and the nurses are so friendly and supportive.

Care has really gone down! Staff maybe overwhelmed! Can't even schedule an appointment right!

Great Doctor and Great staff

Great doctor who is caring and attentive. He listens and addresses each issue. The staff are nice and very professional.

Dr. De Carlo is caring and attentive to the needs of his patients. The staff is warm and friendly. This building is wheelchair accessible!

True colors show when u have a panic attack in office and then call them in tears... And not even a phone call to see how i was or anything !! I went to this office for years seen a New nurse there and i will never be back. Wouldn’t give me the meds i need that work for me that i have been taking for 20 years WHEN NEEDED hadn’t taken them in 1.5 years My brother was killed 18 years ago in the month of sept can just give me anxiety. I’m in no way a druggie person i hate taking daily anything unless i have to. Also few years back i went in once maybe even twice about my hair loss and they did nothing said some women just lose their hair...???? A friend of mine Told me about a dermatologist in Port Huron I am taking medication and my hair is growing back but when I told Dr. about my hair loss five years ago i could of got a handle on it sooner The treatment that I got was on excusable ! I feel sorry for people who have major mental health issues these doctors and nurse practitioners they could care less!! Great staff and great team of drs they all communicate well so each know what's going on with you. They take the time to sit listen and really get to know you know the problem and then they will talk you through option and what might work best for you They have been doing updates around the office and it looks great
