I visited several dermatologist until I found Dr. Ciraldo a few years ago. She was the only dermatologist that solved my problem. Dr. Ciraldo is a very good and experience Doctor. I highly recommend her to anyone with a dermatological condition.

Unprofessional, very ignorant, and Dr. Robert Ciraldo doesn’t care about your financial issues. He will blame you and cover his staff than understand your issues. No customer service, and it’s all about money! I called in to discuss a denial on the insurance which I have called several times beforehand to confirm if the insurance is acceptable. Dr. Ciraldo has the nerve to giggle that it suppose to be our responsibility to look for the provider that’s in our network. Which I understand but giggle about it. Felt like he was down talking on me. I just don’t understand how his staff suppose to be professional, and should know what insurances they accept or not. On top of that he said the reason who ever answered my calls before don’t have the resources or time to verify if the insurance is acceptable even I confirmed it with them time to time if it was ok. They said it was fine. Now with 2 visits already down, and now they are charging me these prices to pay. They should have found out from the beginning. Dr. Ciraldo thinks it’s joke but we all work hard for our money. He even mentioned that they have to get something out of it. It’s their way or no way is probably their policy. They was no fair conversation between us. So much of great patient’s understanding. It’s out the window! Please think twice before you decide to go to this place. Dr. Ciraldo is an excellent dermatologist with a stellar bedside manner. Mostly she knows her stuff. She has changed her practice a bit since I first saw her and it’s almost too good to share for fear of her becoming too popular to fit me in! Simply amazing

Hello. I was a patient of Dr. Ciraldo when I was 13 years old in 1985. I had a problem with sunspots on my face and she helped me with that. I just wanted to say thank you after all these years. God bless.
