Dr. Allred and his staff at the Columbia Basin hospital and family medicine clinic are truly terrific. They've been so helpful, understanding and patient with us during our parent's hang struggles lately. I feel we're all treated extremely well and I highly encourage others to trust in his care.

No problem with Dr Allred. But I do have issues when I've had an appointment for three months and they cancel without calling me. It was no problem getting another appointment for the same day, but wow. The whole Allred family is great. So I won't say anything against them. But his ARNP...well I am not as impressed as some. I know he is a bit rough around the edges for some, but I personally like that as I know he is going to give me answers that I may not like to hear. He focuses a lot of diet and exercise for solving health issues, with a general distain for using drugs to solve problems. I really appreciate his candor and I like him as my family doctor.

I have a long medical history and have been on the same meds for years. When I moved here, all I wanted was a primary care physician who would fill my normal meds. Allred doesn't deserve to be called a doctor! He doesn't listen AT ALL. Then he decides there's nothing wrong, even after seeing all your records. Then he labels you a drug seeker, and after that, no doctor in Grant county will even see you. Avoid this so-called "doctor" at all costs. he'll leave you in pain for the rest of your life. Someone said he's "not very good".. I'd say that he's without a doubt the WORST doctor ever. I have a long medical history with multiple surgeries, but he didn't listen to a word I said, just labeled me as a drug seeker. He says that there's "nothing wrong" with me. Now, no doctor in this area will even see me, so I'm left with constant, intense pain with no relief. I will never understand why other doctors around here think he's a god. He is HORRIBLE.

Went to him about injuries received on my job. I have MRI showing tears in shoulder and knee. He said go back to work, there is nothing wrong. He was rude, rough and basically mean. He wouldnt listen to anything I said nor answer any questtions. He is beyond a doubt the worst i have been too ever. I am still looking for an Attending Physician for my case

I'm a new patient. I have extensive back issues with a long history. Allred didn't even look past my name and assumed he knew all about. I told him I have used 5 ultram a day for years. All he heard was addict. Now I'm treated like a drug seeker and a criminal. I went to Allred because I bought a house here in Ephrata from Desert Aire. I have never been treated like this. I have severe chronic pain and prone to in predictable spasms and suffer continued pain. Allred isn't very good.

Had no problem with Dr. Allred. He's a good physician. His nurse, however, never returned three of my phone calls asking for assistance and cancelled the appointment I finally made after I went directly to the clinic because I showed-up a few minutes late. I had already informed another nurse I would be a few minutes late because of my work schedule and he said it was fine. After trying for over three weeks to see the doctor, I gave up and switched primary care physicians. I wouldn't recommend the Columbia Basin Family Medicine Clinic to anyone as a result. They show very little concern for the welfare of their patients. Had no problem with Dr. Allred. He's a good physician.
