Dr Diaz, Dr Tabata, and the nurses were so kind to my 2-year-old. They answered all my questions and validated my concerns. I felt very taken care of by them. I had waited nearly 6 months for this appt bc my son’s ped recommended we wait for the best—I’m very glad we did.

The best dermatologist I’ve ever been to, been with her ever since I was 15 years old, I am now 19 years old. She has helped and been the best listener since then, I am almost too old to go to her anymore so I have to part ways but thanks so much for everything!

This was my daughter’s first appointment with a dermatologist. Dr Diaz was very personable, she listened to both us, and she didn’t just give automated replies to our concerns. We like her very much!

I really want to like Dr. Diaz. She seems friendly and like she cares about her patients. She's also really knowledgeable about what she does. Unfortunately, the first time my son had an appointment with her (virtual), I waited almost an hour and finally had to cancel because her previous procedure "ran long." She squeezed me into another virtual appointment the next afternoon and I was very pleased with the conversation and attention I received during that visit. She was able to provide a diagnosis and treatment for a condition my son has struggled with all his life. I figured things come up and she made it up to me. Her nurse also helped me fill a very expensive prescription for half the cost a couple of weeks later. My son and I went in for a second visit today. I was SO HAPPY because her nurse was able to get me in today instead of us having to wait until August 11, which was when scheduling told me her next appointment was. Her nurse stated she'd had a cancellation for 10AM. Woo-hoo! We checked in early and showed up early and ready to rock and roll. By 10:30, Dr. Diaz had not entered the room. I stuck my head out into the hall to see if I could get an update, and Dr. Diaz was standing outside my door. She told me who she was and thanked me for my patience, in quite a dismissive manner. We waited another almost 20 minutes, and at 10:49, she came into the room. My son, who yes can be long-winded, tried a few times to talk with her and she cut him off with, "yep!," "that's right!," and "Boy, you're smart!" several times before he finished talking, which indicated she was #1 not really listening, and #2 in a hurry to get out of the room and finish up with us. I get I'm not the first person with this very specific complaint about doctors making patients wait forever and then rush us through appointments that are important to us, but it sets a bad example for kids and is disrespectful to parents who lose work and rearrange schedules to get their children the care they need. I hope Dr. Diaz and her staff can get her schedule under control so she can give her full attention to each patient and do so in a timely manner. I really want to like Dr. Diaz. My daughter and I love Dr. Diaz. As busy as she must be, she always treated us with warmth and compassion. Always felt safe entrusting my daughter to her capable care. Highly recommend. My teenage daughter said Dr. Diaz is the first doctor she ever looked forward to seeing. High praise.

my husband was with my son 3 days ago and said that everyone's service and attention was excellent

We took my son for the first time about 3 years ago and i'm so glad our pediatrican referred us to Dr.Diaz She has worked with us to get him to his best. He has severe eczema and Before being this healthy we had hard months. And after flares with infection, she took a leep and helped us get something diffrent prescribed to us after everything failing. From steroid meds to steroid topical creams, I'm so grateful God send us to her. We are loving the dupixent shots for our 4yr old and he is feeling and looks great. After several doctors were unsuccessful in diagnosing my child, Dr. Diaz was contacted and immediately scheduled us to be seen. She was thorough and offered her advice and support as well as a valid treatment plan. We stayed on top of the treatments per her recommendation and she always followed up with us timely. She is pleasant and has a wonderful bedside manner. We will continue to use her in the future and I would highly recommend! She turned a really stressful situation around for our child and we are so thankful for her expertise. Her staff/nurses were friendly and we value medical student observations. She was thorough with the students with our child's situation and walked them through his treatment plan as well. I have no doubt she is training high talent out of her office and we are lucky to have had her as our doctor. After several doctors were unsuccessful in diagnosing my child, Dr. Diaz was contacted and immediately scheduled us to be seen. She was thorough and offered her advice and support as well as a valid treatment plan. We stayed on top of the treatments per her recommendation and she always followed up timely. She is pleasant and has a wonderful bedside manner. We will continue to use her in the future. Her staff/nurses were pleasant to deal with and we valued the times in which she was training or had medical students observing. She is teaching her talent to others and this is valuable for our future doctors. We are thankful to her for investing an interest in our child's condition and working to make sure he is fully healed. We highly recommend her!

Dr. Diaz answered every single question we had. She listens to her patients and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have taken my daughter to. We got in and out in a timely manner! So thankful to have found her!

Dr. Diaz is a wonderful dermatologist and person. She has taken my son's rare condition and searched for answers for us. She if available and will consult with our primary care physician about his condition. We love going to her clinic. The wait is reasonable and the quality of care is 5 star. We drive almost 3 hours to see her and it's well worth the drive.

I love Dr Diaz, very respectful, warm hearted, and very patient. My son feels very comfortable around her, she is the BEST!

Dr. Diaz was so warm and friendly! She put us and our baby at ease instantly. She clearly explained the issue and gently addressed our concerns. Our baby liked her right away. We really appreciated how Dr. Diaz took her time to answer all of her questions. We really liked her staff as well.

I've never met a more caring and dedicated doctor. Very happy with my care, continued seeing me even after I turned 18.
