Today was my first time here as a new patient. Usually I’m always nervous and skeptical with how dentist offices go in regards to customer service, the people who work there and the dentists themselves. Let me just say that I had an amazing experience here!! I was obviously nervous and filled with anxiety because let’s face it; nobody likes going to the dentist. The ladies at front desk were so friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist who worked on me today was named Jen- she was so awesome. She made me feel at ease and so comfortable and explained everything to me from top to bottom; cleaning, referrals, options, etc. I am so glad I made the decision to come here because i no longer felt nervous about going to the dentist anymore.
