I love Dr. Fernandez! A genuinely kind person. Knowledgeable and experienced. Staff are friendly and helpful. Linda, RN was always available for questions and education.

Dr Fernandez handles pelleting for myself and my wife and he is an outstanding doctor. he takes time to thoroughly explain things and is enjoyable. He is top notch!

Dr. Fernandez was the doctor on call at YRMC and we spoke on the phone when I was going through my miscarriage. I went to a different hospital for my miscarriage (horrible experience) Dr.Fernandez then went out of his way to call me that evening and left me a VM checking up on me to make sure I was ok. I have never met Dr.Fernandez and he showed me the most care and compassion out of all the doctors I’ve met with during my 2 ER visits, including my own OB. Dr. Fernandez has given me a little faith again in our physicians after this horrible experience. I am going to switch to him for all my OB care going forward once my miscarriage is finished. This office has no interest in your personal care. After explaining my feelings on wanting an experienced surgeon I was transferred without even being asked then when I attempted to get another opinion from another OBGYN office I received a call that Dr Fernandez didn’t want me back in the office if I was searching elsewhere.

I had a great experience with the nurses and or doctors but the wait staff or front clerks were very rude. Me personally I just found out I’m pregnant and made an appointment to get looked at I won’t be back because by the time they would want to see me again I would have moved out of state. So when the lady had stated in a questioning tone that I wasn’t coming back I said yes. Granted she didn’t know my situation or that I was moving but she looked at me and got very rude and aggressively stated fine I’ll check you out and bill your insurance. Which should not be stated to a client it’s very unprofessional in my opinion as well as when I couldn’t find the office they were rude when I asked for directions I do not recommend going here unless you want a horrible experience with wait staff. I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. They suddenly decided not to take medicare patients. They did not bother to nofify me and I found out when my insurance company contacted them to renew my hormone prescription. Now I have to go to my PCP instead of an OB/GYN specialist. How very uncaring and unprofessional. I guess he doesn't make enough money with medicare. Highly insulted by these practices. I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. Unprofessional. No notification for dumping medicare patients whom has been a patient for over 10 years.

I’m a high risk pregnancy and my first 2 appointments they treated me horribly when I went in they kept asking me when I miscarried which I did not and never knew anything that was going on! The front office has no clue about anything and they make mistakes and blame you saying you don’t know what your talking about! Worst place ever!! Dr. Fernandez through a fit when I told him I didn’t want a Pap smear today and told me to find another doctor and I can’t tell you what a blessing it was! He obviously doesn’t really care about his patients wants and needs as much as he says! If you do decide to go don’t disagree with him or he throws a tantrum. Simply the best physician in town, his charismatic bedside manner is unmatched. I always reccomend him to family and friends. He helped me get through a rough, complicated twin pregnancy. I have no doubt my twins are here because of his care.

Love everything about this practice and Dr. Fernandez! My appointments have always been on time, quick and easy, and the entire staff is always so kind and helpful. Dr. Fernandez completely dissolved all of my worries, while making me feel genuinely cared for and encouraged. My whole pregnancy was a dramatically different (and wonderful!) experience the second time around because of the excellent care I received from Dr. Fernandez and his whole team. Thank you all!
