Dr. Luping Ge SR.

Dr Ge no longer works here and the office is under new management. I miss him as he was my dentist from age 18 to 29. Recently I was forced to switch my dental care to another office due to receptionist being extremely rude and impatient about an insurance error made on their end . They also tried charging me for a routine deep cleaning knowing that my insurance covered the cost . They also refused to see me unless I paid a 30 dollar fee for a missed appointment that I had cancelled weeks before the original date .I would not recommend this office.

The staff are extremely rude. Do not waste your time you will be disappointed!

I had previously gone to the same dentist for 46 years but he retired so I needed to find a new dentist. My brother recommended Gr Ge and I was very happy with the staff, the knowledge, and the efficiency.... Glad I found him

The staff is loyal and honest. Dr Ge is upfront with cost and service and always willing to cut you a deal to get what needs to be done, done. Staff is soooo friendly and they know their stuff. Couldn't ask for a more respected place to have my dental work done!!!!!

Dr Ge and his staff are amazing! They get you in quick too. The office is quaint, very nice and extremely friendly. His prices are very competitive and the discounts for seniors and out of pocket pay no insurance patients are amazing! He really does just want to give you your smile back not just bleed you dry like the surrounding offices. Go see Dr Ge, Tracy, Tess, Edyta, Krystle, and Karolina I can guarantee you won't be sorry! I recently started going to Dr. Ge to fix a broken crown I've had for many years. I was impressed with how quickly I was able to be seen and how knowledgeable he and his staff are. They also use the latest in technology and took my tooth impression with a scanner rather than using that awful gel. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. Dr Ge is the best great with kids too. Sooooo much technology in this office its pretty amazing

I've seen Dr. Ge a couple of times now. I was very satisfied with the service, professionalism and care I've received. The staff is super friendly. This will definitely be my go to dental office for years to come.

Dr. Ge is a great dentist. He's very personable and professional. He'll guide you and give you advice without pressure. Unlike Dental Specialties in Randolph who just want to increase your bill. these guys are where its at! honest loyal and willing to accommodate! Friendly hygienists and manager as well. Worked well with them while I was at an office in Plymouth that was stuck in their own ways. Glad to have them back at Dr Ge's in Randolph. So if your looking for an amazing Dr that provides amazing service I highly recommend Dr Ge in Randolph ! YOU JUST CANT GO WRONG!

Worse experience, staff was very rude!

I am extremely fearful of dental work and avoided getting my sore tooth checked for way too long because of it! Dr. Ge is extremely gifted at dentistry...I was shocked the first time he administered Novocain and I didn't even feel the needle. I still don't understand how that happened! He is a fast worker and extremely efficient...he is the best dentist ever to have cared for my teeth and I would highly recommend him to anyone on the search. Our whole family has been going to Dr Ge's office since it opened in Randolph. Dr Ge explains the options available to address any dental issues we have had. He has never pressured us into moving forward to have work done. Dr Ge and his staff make us feel very welcome, and we are confident that they will take good care of us each time we visit. (Dr Ge even numbs the spot in your mouth with a topical solution before injecting the Novocain!) We recommend Dr Ge and his staff highly!! Dr. Ge is by far the best dentist I have been to. He is clearly very well educated, skillful and refined with his techniques, kind and personable. When Dr. Ge has had to numb areas of my mouth using a needle, he is so good at it that it didn't even hurt. His staff is very friendly and his hygienists are great. I will continue to go to him and refer friends and family to him. Dr. Ge is by far the best dentist I have been to. Dr. Ge is great!

Very friendly dentists and staff. I always leave Luping Ge with a good, clean, smile on my face. I have been going there for nearly 20 years.

I am very happy with Dr. Ge. He carefully explains all the treatment options and the associated costs before proceeding. He never pushes more expensive options unless there is a clear medical reason for it. He uses modern equipment and shows a great level of concern for the comfort level of his patients. I don’t usually write reviews like this – but I saw some negative comments about Dr. Ge and thought they were unfair. Are those who wrote these comments even patients of Dr. Ge? I highly recommend Dr. Ge. The bottom line is that he is a qualified and caring family dentist. I am very happy with Dr. Ge. My experience has been excellent really. After years of fearing the dentists because of a bad experience Im happy I found a good dentist. My old dentist told me I had 7 cavities that needed to be filled 20 years ago and thank god I didn't let him do it. Doctor G told me I only had two cavities and proved it by clearly showing me the xrays. His Xray machine is very high tech and he shows you a clear digital image on a computer screen that's attached to the chair. It is very hard to find a dentist you can trust I know this for a fact. Doctor G is a trustworthy dentist in my opinion and best of all with him you feel no pain. That is very important. He is very good at precisely locating the nerves with novacaine. The last 2 guys I went to were not at all. I would recommend this dentist to a friend or family. He will not try to make you do unnecessary work but a lot of other dentists will.
