One star rating has no reflection on Dr. Toback. He was thorough and had a nice bedside manner. The reason for the one star is due to my experience with the office staff. Needed assistance resolving a billing issue and the woman who I spoke to was rude, abrupt and told me to figure it out myself. Can be difficult to get an appointment but Dr. Evans is well worth it. She has seen me and every one of my four kids and she's been wonderful with each of them and me.

Lydia was really nice, gentle and professional. I have been going to her for years and even though I do not live in the area anymore, I still travel to see her.

Dr. Evans spent only 5 minutes with me during my annual skin check. During this short amount of time she gouged my face with 2 biopsies that were completely unnecessary and permanently scarred my face.

She's very knowledgeable, has great bedside manner, takes the time to explain everything. When I had a problem she took care of it perfectly.

I have been a client of Dr. Evans for the last three years. I am very particular about my health care. Dr. Evans was recommended to me by a dear friend. I have now recommended her to several of my friends....all of whom are very satisfied. She is intelligent, direct, skilled and very caring. These qualities extend to her staff, as wel.

This "Dr" is a heartless, careless BUTCHER. Don't visit her as you will be sorry. I made the grave error of thinking that she was, due to her location, and would-be clientele she'd be a professional in this field. Turns out she was anything but. I came in for inspect. of a routine brown sun spot at tip of my nose having concern. Unfortunately, she with no of aesthetics scalpel-ed off a large slice of my nose, leaving a large disfiguring divet remaining to this day. Sent me "Dear John Letter"
