I am very thankful for Dr. Jackson. He is kind, realistic, and direct. Dr. Jackson successfully repaired the split tear in my peroneal brevis tendon. He removed inflammation and he removed some bone. 10/10 for this guy and his amazing team. ???? thank you so much for giving me my life back.

I saw Dr. Jackson today for an issue with my foot that I have been dealing with since October 2019. I have been to so many doctors and have had so many tests since my initial injury. This was first appointment with Dr. Jackson and even though I didn’t get the answers I was hoping for, I felt that Dr. Jackson listened to me and I left the appointment with the feeling that Dr. Jackson cares about helping me figure this out and that he isn’t going to give up on me until we do. Dr. Jackson performed surgery on a number of my toes that were making it very difficult for me to walk because of the pain. He did do two surgeries on my feet. The first three days after surgery I did have some pain at night. I’m allergic to most pain pills that adds to problem. He seems to care about his patients. I would recommend him if you have a foot problem. I would recommend Slocum’s’ surgery center. The people their are friendly and helpful. I was well received at the center and waited barely 2 minutes before the team did all the necessary and sent me on my way all fixed up! Very impressed with Slocum Orthopeadics

Dr Jackson and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Felt at ease after meeting him prior to my daughters surgery , he answered all our questions. The follow up and post surgery care is top notch. Highly recommend

I was greeted and immediately taken to be checked in, which was quick. Then upstairs in the waiting area, with a great view, I was only there a short few minutes, before going to get X-rays. Saw the doctor shortly after being shown to the exam room. He was personable, and seemed to have a thorough understanding of the situation with my foot. They were absolutely amazing!! Wonderful bedside manner, all the nurses and staff were all so friendly and nice, especially when it came to calming my anxiety about the surgery itself. Super fast procedure and they always made sure I was 100% comfortable, relaxed and taken care of. Best surgeons office and best surgical procedure and process I've ever been through. Excellent experience in every way. Informative, thorough and professional from beginning to end. Dr. Jackson answered all of my questions understandably and clearly. Very happy with my consult appointment.

Dr. Jackson, after my second surgery called my home, let them know the operation was successful and what to expect and what we needed to do on our part to help the healing process. My doctor did that. He didn't have one of his staff do it, he made the call himself. My personal meetings with him were just as comforting. I know Dr Jackson is busier than I can truly imagine but when he came into my room it was as if his world had stopped and his attention was all mine. I might mention that the rest of his staff and colleagues are equally as conscientious. Hat's off Dr. Jackson and care team staff. Dr Jackson makes u know he’s there for you. He also has always given me the information, then given me the options and helped me get perspective on different end results. Plus he explains things really well. Thank you to all whom had a part in my foot getting working again . ❤️????❤️

The nurses, were especially amazing in making sure that I was comfortable & fully informed. I am hard of hearing & am very appreciative of them taking the extra steps to make sure I understood everything. Thank you Megan!

Dr Jackson was very helpful in letting me know all of my options for different treatments for my heel and ankle injury he also answered all of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Jackson and team were great. They took great care of me when I broke my ankle.

I have some serious foot issues that are complicated. Dr. Jackson was thorough and thoughtful as he examined my feet. He was very clear as to what he was finding and what he suspected was the most serious problem I came for that day. Further investigation is required, an MRI must be taken, and I'm confident he'll give me a clear explanation as to the next step after he sees it. My experience with Dr.Jackson and his team was outstanding. Dr. Jackson and his assistant were thorough showing me what would be happening during the surgery at the pre-op appointments and the day of, and answering any questions that I had. On surgery day, the Slocum nursing staff worked seamlessly to make sure I was comfortable and ready for the procedure. They were all so personable and kept the mood light and fun. I would highly recommend family and friends to Slocum. Their reputation precedes them, and they are, in fact, the best. My experience with Dr.Jackson and his team was outstanding. I just want to say thank you to Dr. Jackson for treating me for my broken ankle that occurred on Jan 25, 2019. It was probably the worst thing that ever happened to me and the first 6-8 months were very, very difficult getting back on my feet again. During this time I wondered to myself if perhaps Dr. Jackson could have done more but in his expertise he knew more than I did and let the bones and ligaments heal naturally with a boot and physical therapy. I’m now happy to say that 13 months later I’m working full time and back in Florida and although the ankle will likely never be 100% again, that’s ok and I’m actually grateful this happened because it’s taught me so much and helped me have more empathy for others who go thru these things. I would say Dr. Jackson is a terrific doctor and I want to thank him and everyone at Slocum and Sacred Heart hospital for helping me to get back onto my feet again and engaged in life again.
