Lynda Brady Stafford

She seemed okay at first but everything changed pretty quick when I started to voice confusion regarding what she was recommending was wrong with me and how she felt things should proceed. I disagreed along with reasons why and she went from friendly and receptive to annoyed. I got nowhere with this provider and wasted my time.

I like that she is upfront and truthful about your care and is persistent to determine proper care. I can’t image going to someone else

I'm very pleased with the quality of care she's given me. It's hard to find a doctor who's thorough and really cares about her patients. I'm sorry to see her leave. She's helped get me healthy again. Thank you Dr Stafford. You'll be missed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stafford for over 4 years now. When I moved out of the area I looked for other PCPs, but found non that compared and now drive 1hr + on occasion because of her genuine compassion, relatability, and overall approach to medicine. There is no one who compares. She has such an open, collaborative, and approachable view on medicine. I will be a patient for life!

Dr Stafford is thorough... takes the time to listen and has been proactive in my care.

I have been seeing Dr Stafford for many years. I love the patient centered service I receive at her office. She is attentive, listens to all my concerns and is fully committed to providing quality care. She is direct in her questioning, complete in her history taking and physical exams and she cares about her patients. Bonus, she has a great sense of humor and makes me feel comfortable. I can usually get an appointment within a day or two, and I am able to schedule them on my lunch hour, because I never have to wait too long. I have received excellent care from her and her nurse, Emily.

I was refused service de cause of rescheduling, after they made me fill out forms, and were verifying my confidential information on the phone out loud, so other patients could hear details!!!! Outraged to say the least... Staff is slow, icky tasteless office, No sense of appreciation

Dr Stafford treated me for a very painful condition. Her diagnosis and treatment were right on the money. Her professional knowledge and bedside manners are awesome.

Dr. Stafford is great. She treats my whole family and we all love her.

I went to Heritage Family Medicine and saw doctor Stafford. While the office ladies and nurse were very sweet and I felt pretty comfortable there, Lynda Stafford was one of the worst doctors I have had for psychological health. She was very condescending and actually gave me an anxiety attack. I would rate her lower however, she did do what she was supposed to as far as my reason for seeing her. She tried to force me to take medication and was appalled that I haven't been seeing a therapist.

Dr Lynda Stafford always gets me in to be seen most of the time on the same day. I don't know of any other office that provides this for their patients. For the first time, I have a doctor that really listens to me and together we find a solution to what's going on. I appreciate Dr Stafford's approach to medicine and she's really easy to talk to. I wish I found her years ago!
