This Dr. Is the most unprofessional Dr. possible! Thinks nothing of canceling appointments time after time for the lamest reasons...Today's appointment was cancelled 45 min prior to appointment! Due to her having a chiropractor appointment!!?? Doesn't even make sense! ..but I guess you have to come up with some excuse to the patient..never mind that I took the day off from work! Grrr never again will I make an appointment with this unreliable, unprofessional nut job!

She is rude and always reschedules for no good reason other than her personal life. She's had spent a couple of my appointments talking about her personal life and divorce without really being considerate of my health issues or wellbeing. She is so self absorbed it is pathetic. I will never be seen at her office ever again. I have told my friends and family to avoid her at all cost.

The disorganization and miscommunication is rampant in this office. I had to return for blood work the day after my first appointment because by the time I was seen, there was nobody in the office to take my blood. I waited a week for blood results, found that they had been in for some time, but nobody had bothered to call me. I gave my pharmacy information and 4 days later I still did not have a prescription. The final straw was showing up today to find there was no record of my appointment

Dr Williams is very compassionate and it shows in her work. She takes time to see each patient and follows-up on them as well. She is laid back and you always feel comfortable speaking with her. Her receptionist does an amazing job with reminders and any inconveniences there may be and always shows concern for all patients. I would surely recommend Dr Williams to any of my friends and family.

She is loud and rude. Appointments are not even close to being on time - - can take up to 3-4 hours past scheduled appointment time.

Receptionist providing scheduling does not coordinate with doctor. I was rescheduled twice and never got to see the doctor. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Dr. Williams herself, seemed confident and competent, she spent a good amount of time with us at our first visit. The reason for only three stars is her receptionist you can't seem to follow instructions and doesn't listen to patients when they call. Her sole purpose it would seem is to schedule appointments and anything beyond that is past her capability to understand. Maybe worth another star if the receptionist was upgraded.
