Dr. Mack Wright

We had a great experience in the office for our visit. The problems didn't happen until after . Our kids loved it. How ever they extremely negligent when it comes to paper work and communication. My husband is awaiting a kidney transplant and had to have a dental clearance done. They neglected to tell him after several visits he would need a tooth pulled to be cleared. Instead they sent him on his way and said the would fill out the paperwork.( to our knowledge it was done.) We find out two weeks later he had to have a tooth pulled and we found out from the transplant center not the dentist. They sent us to another office for the tooth extraction. They had a week to fill out 1 single paper. ( my husband called and reminded them in the middle of the week) So my husband case could be reviewed this week. Yet they still couldn't get that done. Now we have to wait even longer because this office simply just couldn't be bother to fill out paperwork to help save my husbands life. While my husbands life Very obviously is a joke to this office he is my world.

I needed a tooth pulled and he and his office help was great ! They were very nice to me and he did a great job ! They helped me and I wasn’t even a patient of theirs ! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Very friendly staff. Everyone was very nice and polite. They're also very gentle with the tools they use. I would definitely recommend their services, and I will definitely be back.

Dr. Wright and his staff are the best! They make you comfortable in the office and I know that I'm always receiving the best care during my visit. I love all 3 of the hygienists there!

I need a specific kind of numbing shot that wears off quickly so Dr wright had to work quickly without causing me pain. I would recommend him to anyone needing dental work.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, explained everything well. One of my kids has anxiety about the dentist, the ladies that worked on him were very kind and were able to get him to relax, we walked out happy.

They got me in quickly, even as a new patient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. But best of all, they got to the root of the problem, literally, within minutes. A problem I had been asking my previous dentist about for over a year. Highly recommend!

I have not been to a dentist in a bit; hard to find a dentist that has nice professional staff from start of visit to the end. Dr Wright and his staff were amazing and I’m glad I found them. Now I can be comfortable and not anxious about appointments.

The best hands down knew what I needed and had the answers to my needs and went straight to work in repairing my damaged teeth at first appointment. He did not try to offer easy quick fixes but found that he and I shared the same creative measures to achieve the results I need. High class dentist. I'm very picky and skeptical when choosing a dentist being quite dissatisfied with other dentist in Ohio. This is the firs dentist at first appointment that I knew was the dentist I had been looking for. Dentist Mac Wright is the right dentist for you.

Very professional and friendly staff!

I had previous dental work done a yr prior to visiting the office of Mack Wright. Now I will never have to deal with employees not trained properly or being mislead, I highly recommend there office ????

Macks office was great. My wisdom teeth got infected and he got me in the next early in the morning and got me a referral and I had me set up to get them removed within 4 days!

Having lots of work done in each appt. Setting a long term plan was so amazing as he listened to my concerns and plans while adding his thoughts and plans to what I was looking for. Amazing and friendly staff. I am moving to SC soon and will drive 8 hrs back for out further dated appts.

I haven’t been to a dentist in over 20 years. And I was treated with the upmost amount of courtesy and respect. “A pleasure” is not usually associated with a visit to the dentist. But it was actually a pleasure to visit with this dentist. I will start my routine visits. And look forward to coming. Dr. Wright and all of his staff are so kind and friendly, that it seems as though you are visiting friends instead of having dental work. Also, the quality of dental work done is far superior to any that I have experienced in my past. Absolutely, the best of the best.
