Madhan Mohan

Dr. Mohan is a wonderful caring dr. However his receptionists are the most rudest women I have ever spoken to. They lied to me about my insurance being switched said it would take 24 hours to change my insurance PCP and when I called it was switched immediately. I ahave extreme anxiety and panic attacks and told them I had just been released from a psychiatric facility and needed help immediately. I told them I was about to blow my brains out and the receptionist literally told me she didn't care and it was my problem. They DO NOT CARE about people whatsoever. DO NOT GO THERE because they do not care! That place needs to be shut down indefinitely!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband's dr. Our payments weren't being applied to our account. The office manager found a $100 receipt in the book that we were being billed for among others. Had an appt on 1-1-20. Drove from Middlesboro and the office was closed. Hospital reception said that patients had been arriving all day for their scheduled appts with no one there. Have been calling non stop for 2 days, tried every ext., no answer. I called the hospital and she told me she knew patients were up there. It's time to find a new doctor. If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband's dr. I'm a patient of Dr. Mohan. Have called all day holding as long as 50 minutes at a time. Never got through. No way to leave a message via phone. Tried to leave a message via patient portal but it wasn't set up by the Dr. Mohan's office so could not. Tried to text but got an Error Invalid Number message back. Called the hospital where Dr. Mohan practices, they transferred me and after a few rings I got a busy signal. I have a tick bite with a dark center and redness, I need to see my Dr. I have exhausted all avenues. This is unacceptable and I will have to take the appropriate measures.
