My billing was so ridiculous with this office. I was charged over $700 for allergy shots even though I decided not to do that service. It was NEVER explained that if I decided not too that I would still be charged for the shots themselves. They told me i could come or skip out. I tried to reason with then and basically told “oh well”. I also have a separate asthma doctor and they insisted on doing multiple breathing test and then charged for that as well. They are so out of date with billing in general that there is no way to pay online. Every single time I call the answering service answers and says they are closed. The answering service cannot do anything but tell you to call back. It’s 1:43pm and I was told to call back later. It’s very frustrating when it’s the 4th time I’ve tried to call over the past two weeks. It cost me more for this allergy test then it did for two procedures that required anesthesia. I also wanted to mention the doctor gets sarcastic and irritated if you ask questions…. my GI doctor had way better explanation than the actual allergist. Dr Nashed is the best but when it comes to his staff ESPECIALLY PAT, they are the worst. They take your money upfront but when you get your EOB that it states a different amount, you better prepare to chase them to get your refund. They are thieves and disgustingly rude. Literally everyone in the office are rude. They don’t smile when you meet them, they know nothing about customer service. I mean if you hate your life so much then don’t work their. I’m literally not going back just because I can’t deal with people like that. The doctor needs to evaluate his staff. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT. THEY WILL ROB YOU!!! Trying to charge for an appointment that was canceled well before 24 hours. Dr. Nashed was nice the 1st Appt and then his evil twin attended the 2nd appointment. When questioning him he became sarcastic & defensive. No wonder he has space for patients.
My son had a reaction to allergy injection one time. He was given Epinephrine in the office. Dr. Nashed continued to increase the concentration although I expressed my concern about doing so. After injections with the increased concentration, my son had a severe reaction by the time we got home. I took him to the ER for treatment. I called to inform Dr. Nashed about what happened and I never heard back.
Dr. Nashed is rude and condescending. He and his MA are not very good with children. It was suggested by my children’s pediatrician for them to see an asthma and allergy specialist. So I choose his office because it is near my home. From the 1st visit I felt very uncomfortable with him. He seemed to be annoyed and I felt he was looking down on myself and my children. His MA also does not know how to handle children either my son is very inquisitive so he asked a lot of questions. However his front office staff was pleasant.
Dr Nashed and his team are very welcoming, caring and professional. After coming in from another allergy practice, the difference is very night and day. Thank you.
I have been seeing Dr. Nashed for my allergies, for almost a year! Friendly, caring and courteous is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to describing the staff. EXCELLENT DOCTOR! Dr. Nashed was extremely thorough in helping us understand my son's allergies and asthma. He did an extensive exam and was patient, funny, and kind. I would highly recommend him and his team. The nurses are great, and efficient. The weekly shots are quick and easy.

Dr. Nashed is caring and competent, but their office staff, honestly, is rude. two different issues here.
I found the staff including the Doctor to be very rude. Condescending seems even more appropriate. I and my children have suffered from allergies for years. It wasn’t until we gave up the recommended path for prevention as well as the inadequate recommended nasal spray and allergy shot treatments that we all began to actually feel better. A breath of fresh air; originally told to keep all doors and windows closed, even in the Summer- to just use the AC, no more shots & a better spray=Now we- OK!
