Dr. Amato, listens and is skillful in her surgery. Eyelids are her specialty and she makes them look natural. I could definitely see better after the surgery. I would definitely recommend her if you need blepharoplasty surgery.

Never have I come across such an unprofessional front desk. I have called probably over 5 times at this point. I talked TWICE to the secretary. First I was greeted very rudely/ snobbily by her saying with an attitude they needed a doctors note before seeing me to make sure I was eligible for their services. I had my doctor FAX them all the notes from my appointment and I never heard back. Then I called I called like three times leaving voicemails and never heard back. I called another time to talk to front desk lady AGAIN and she said they didn’t have any of my information on file -.-. This was after I had called the front desk of my doctor making sure he had faxed everything in which he confirmed he did and apologized for them being unprofessional and had to refer me to someone else. Rude/ neglectful doctors office. No thank you.

Had follow up appointment with Dr. Amato. Due to bad weather, Dr. Amato called me directly. Very professional and thorough concerning the procedure I had done.

I was referred to Dr. Amato by my ophthalmologist. I can't say enough great things about her. She is very patient, kind and clearly an expert in her field!!! During my initial consultation, Dr. Amato thoroughly explained everything to me in detail and I immediately felt very comfortable moving forward with my surgery. Her office staff was courteous and professional, especially Ashley who promptly responded to my emails whenever I had a question or needed to change my post op appointment date. I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Dr. Amato to anyone needing eyelid surgery!!!

I just think she is probably the best. I looked really good after 2 weeks and look better every day. I had essentially no bleeding and no weeping on either eye. She recommends a special mask after surgery, and that really reduced swelling and bruising. The surgery center she uses is first rate with great staff, as well. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Amato.

Dr. Amato fixed my blocked tear duct through endoscopic DCR surgery. Prior to being referred to her, I suffered with constant tearing, infection, discharge, and headaches for almost a year. Immediately after the surgery, my symptoms were relieved. There was minimal pain during recovery and no scars to deal with. In my opinion, she is a great doctor! I had upper eye lid blephoroplasty in October and am now about 3 months out. You can barely tell as the stitches have healed well. I still have a couple of areas that are a bit dark, that should lighten with time. My eyes look much brighter and I can see better. I don’t look so serious all the time. :) Dr. Amato is amazing! She is a great surgeon. She is kind, patient and listens well. She was immediately responsive and attentive to my personal needs during the follow up process. Her staff is also wonderful. Ashley is the best! She handled all insurance matters and was able to provide estimates quickly regarding different types of procedures available. COVID safe environment. Highly recommend!

Dr Amato's obvious and extensive experience put me at ease immediately. Both pre- and post surgery she was very detailed in her explanations and made sure at all times that my questions were answered. Her staff are so supportive and professional. No complications post surgery either except for the expected raised scars and a few small bumps that continue to flatten out over time. During my last post op check up I decided to try the Botox for the first time after seeing that Dr. Amato also performs that procedure at a fairly reasonable cost. So far so good on that also. I've recently seen Dr. Amato for two procedures: 1) undereye fillers, & 2) a unilateral ptosis repair. She is incredibly patient, thorough, and personable, and did a fantastic job on the work I had done. I am a nurse, and my father, a physician, went with me for my ptosis repair, so you can imagine we had a multitude of questions for Dr. Amato. She gave us all the time in the world and we both felt incredibly comfortable moving forward. I had upper and lower lid surgery. Dr Amato was wonderful from my first visit to my last followup. The results were just what I was looking for and you could tell it was important to her that I was happy with the results. She has a great "bedside manner" and is one of the most caring doctors I have had.

Dr. Amato recently did some extensive blepheroplasty work on both eyes. The results are and will be fantastic (I can see again), but she also noticed a suspicious mole above my right eye and removed that as well, biopsied. All benign, but that extra care is - well, rare. Dr. Amato performed an eye-lid lift and brow lift on me a couple of months ago (3/2019). She came well recommended by my ophthalmologist, and I am super happy with the results. She took photos of my eyes and sent them to my insurance company which approved both the lid surgery and brow lift! My vision improved dramatically--I can see the whole sky now with out a murky dark smudgy thing at the top. Also before the surgery my eyes were sore every night. They have not been sore since the surgery. And I look happier:) I am reviewing her because my surgery experience was positive and I'm so happy I did this. Dr, Amato had done surgery on my lower eye lids before this surgery so I already trusted her to do this surgery. I would recommend her to anyone and already have to friends. She explains the surgery and tells you what to expect. She also follows up with you after surgery and answers any questions you might have. I am very pleased with the way my eyes look.

I was referred to Dr. Amato by my regular eye doctor who had identified an abnormal condition under my eyelid. From the making of my first appointment, to the diagnosis of the condition, excision of tissue for a biopsy, and post biopsy follow up, all of my treatment was absolutely first class. I could not be more pleased with the communication by everyone on staff. Dr. Amato explained every step in the procedure and answered all of my questions. I had a genetic hood over my eyes that has bothered me since I was a teen. Dr. Amato was very professional and listened to my wants in having the procedure done.
