Dr. Hatfield is a very caring, thoughtful physician who relates extremely well with her patients. She deals with people not only as patients but as friends as well which relaxes them and inspires them to follow her advice. Dr. Hatfield always spends as much time as need and I never feel rushed. She is very good about explaining my condition and any options. Takes a conservative approach, which I like. No rush to do unnecessary procedures.

Great doctor. Has been taking care of my heart for a decade and I'm still alive and kicking!

Dr. Hatfield is an excellent Cardiologist. Her staff is professional and courteous, and her office is well run. I report early for my appointments so have never experienced any of the "problems" noted in previous comments. I do however think it is extremely unfair to review a physician, not based on the quality of their care, but on office policy necessary to ensure proper work and patient flow. Why should I and everyone after you, have to wait because YOU are late for YOUR appointment?

Dr. Hatfield is well informed, up to date, attentive, evidence based and personable. Her staff are personable and professional.

I have been seeing Dr Hatfield for the last 4years. She is very caring and always takes the time to answer my questions. My daughter also is a patient and feels the same way about Dr Mallory

After reading the reviews, I'm compelled to leave one. All the complaints I read are ridiculous! I've never been to a doctors' office where I am NEVER waiting for the doctor until I came to Hatfield Cardiology. They are compulsively on time. I was late to my appointment last winter, 24 hours late; I got my schedule mixed up. I apologized and was prepared to make another appointment to come back. But, Dr. Hatfield saw me anyway. She was and is great, the best cardiologist on Cape Cod.

Dr. Hatfield's office manager turned my husband away from his appointment because he was 7 minutes late (summer traffic and accident) and evidently there is a 5 minute late policy! When he asked to reschedule he was told he needs to go to another doctor. This is certainly understandable with her empty lobby; I guess all the other patients were more then 5 minutes late too. I have a policy also: flexibility and courtesy and that patients should be seen within 5 minutes of their appointment.

After 3years as my cardiogist, the new office manager fired me as a patient, because I had to reschedule two appointments, due to the fact that I got a new job and had to work around a new schedule. I followed the office policies and gave them over 3 week's notice. As a result, I got a letter stating the above actions, via certified mail, and then received an invoice for $75.00. Terrible new office staff and rude to boot. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, if you want to be treated
