Professionalism? A complete joke. Checking into my sons appointment the receptionist very quietly asked for my sons birth date. I didn’t hear her and she just stared at me without reapeting herself and then when I finally asked what I had missed she said his birth date. I told her I was sorry and that I hadn’t heard her to which she replied she figured I just didn’t remember. ITS MY SON. I know his birth day. So I sit and her and her coworkers sit In the office and gossip and laugh until we’re called in. After our appointment I was setting up a follow up when the same very unprofessional woman blurted out some very private information concerning our visit (mind you she wasn’t even the one making our appointment) no she shouted it out loud in the room and rolled her eyes and returned to her desk. I was switch to her after DR Fredrick retired sense that it has be a mess. I call in a prescription it gets lost or she forgets to sign it. Then she made me get appointment with a specialist . He send Hillary all info she need month later I call to find out what's going on with it. She said never received it not once but 3 different times 2 different Doctors. I was right there when they faxed the paperwork to her. This is my health that is in her hands I do not think she cares at all .

Great practice, friendly staff and short wait time

First, I have to say the vague, negative reviews for Dr. Hilary can not be farther from my experience with her. She is efficient, thorough; and she follows up on everything. She has answered all of my questions and listened to me. I have never felt rushed or slighted in any way. I could say so much more, but, in 70 years, I have dealt with many doctors and Dr. Hilary is in the top 5% of those doctors for her expertise, her ability to keep her patients as healthy possible, and her dedication.

She was very tough to communicate with! Also she didnt seem to have any sympathy for the pain i was having.she seemed like a robot.i wont go back again.

Would not recommend has no compassion stands near door waiting for you to finish talking makes me feel worse ! Horrible

I am so disgusted with her approach to my mothers illness!! Thank you for not caring or listening to her as she and her family members tried to tell you there was something wrong! Now she has stage 4 metastatic ovarian cancer! This so called doctor took my mothers life and doesn't even try to get hold of us

She seems to listen to my problems, and does what's needed to address my problems. Most times this is referring me to a specialist in that field. I'm happy with her.

Does not listen to patient's complaints, instead suggest patient has the Flu and walks out the door. This dr should not have a license, neither should her partner, who I hear is retiring soon..
