Incorrect diagnosis. Failed to address clear lab results and extreme, continual pain (need for urgent help). Would not accept diagnosis suggested by lab results (because I had researched it and respectfully suggested it). Became adversarial. Got referral and immediate affirmation of found diagnosis and prescribed appropriate medicine. She remained opposed to results. Came in for infected wounds on leg. She would not touch site. No bandaging. No cleaning. No treatment. Rude to doctors who called.
