My experience was excellent.

I wouldn't know how the doctor is...every time I call to schedule an appt they tell me they can't see me because I'm a new patient and it would be to difficult to fit me in with "all the paper work needed" and told to go to the ER. After explaining I have a high ER copay I'm told that's all they can offer. Not my kind of doctor I want to see...well, I can't see him any way so it's a moot point.

I am a new patient to Dr. Federman and cannot say enough great things about his staff, office and him. He is probably the nicest doctor i have ever been to and really took the time to learn about me. I feel that he is of a bygone era, where you would visit the local doctor and they would know you as a person and just not as another number. His staff, especially his assistant, LeeAnn, is amazing and kind and pretty much everything you want when you have to visit the doctor.
