Dr. Marc J. Gross

Dr. Gross himself is a great doctor. he really taught me the importance on how to care for my gums by sending me an informational video and showing me how to brush my gums. I docked a couple of stars because of their lack of communication. I was referred to this team because of a procedure I needed done. I was sent to get X-Rays which I did and then would have a follow up with Dr. Gross’ team on next steps. The follow up never came and when I reached out to my dentist, she told me their team said the process wouldn’t be working out after all. I thought it was completely disrespectful that Dr. Gross’ team did not communicate directly with me about why they chose to drop me as a patient or if any other options were available. I was told by another professional that there was another procedure we could’ve gone through even if the first option was unavailable. Either Dr. Gross is not on the cutting edge of this new procedure or they don’t need any more clients but their lack of communication was disrespectful.

Doctor Gross is the perfect professional. Experienced, calm, kind, and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything about my procedure in great detail, and I could really tell that my comfort and experience were his main priority. He is clearly very well-read and experienced in his field - he was able to get very in depth with me about not only what he was doing, but why, how he learned the technique, and different schools of thought. I really walked away feeling educated and cared for. My first surgery was quick and relatively pain free. Part of the reason I like Doctor Gross so much is that he exudes a feeling of comfort and calm - very important in a dental setting where anxiety can run high. I felt so genuinely relaxed in his presence. Can't recommend Doctor Gross highly enough. I've been back for multiple treatments, and quickly decided that he'd be my periodontist for as long as I live nearby. Thanks for treating me right Doc! Doctor Gross is the perfect professional. Dr. Marc J. Gross is the best Orthodontist and cares about keeping your teeth and gums healthy. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great Orthodontist!

I have gone to some new General Dental Doctors in my city and both occasions they subscribed procedures that were totally unnecessary in Dr. Gross words. You can count on Dr. Gross for doing the best dental work and at the best cost, I'm glad I do.

Not that you should want to go to a periodontist, but if you need to, you can do no better than with Dr. Gross. His professionalism, level of expertise, care and knowledge is excellent - and he has a good sense of humor in addition. His dental assistants and office assistants are all equally helpful and personable. For me personally, he has been a veritable mouth-saver if you will. He is very patient and is more than happy to explain why and how he does various facets of his work. He is also more than fair with prices for his services. The office accepts some insurance. He is my peridontist and i rank dentists according to three things. 1. First, is honesty-- so many dentists want to perform work that is absolutely unnecessary. He is totally honest, I have checked this out carefully. 2. Skill..he is a master of what he does, with incuded follow up visits to mak sure everyhing has gone right. He continues to tell you the best and newest preventative methods. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". 3. Price ...He is fair middle f the road.
