I am in the beauty industry and it is so reassuring going to a practice of such standards. It is very clear that the staff takes your care as first priority . The honesty on the best way to achieve results for the outcome you want to achieve is very sincere! So all in all that’s why I chose aesthetic plastic surgery of pittsburgh!

Had the halo laser procedure on January 18, 2022. I am writing this review on May 26, 2022. Was told it was going to hurt and it did. Felt like knives were stabbing my face. Staff was very professional, no problems there. Was told that my face would brighten and plump up within a few months and dark spots would be gone. I did lose a lot of dark spots but I still have two spots visible. In the ensuing months, nothing really changed on my face. Family and friends didn't comment on my face. I was expecting at least one, "You look great!" If I could go to small claims court and get my $1600 back, I totally would. But when you read the fine print, nothing is really promised, so I would probably lose. Just sharing my experience. Incidentally, my photo with this review was taken about ten years ago. Had a sclerotherapy session with Megan and I highly recommend! Procedure was quick and way less painful than I was expecting. I love my results so far. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly.

Entire staff is wonderful. Megan has done injections and facials for me. She is the absolute BEST! She makes you feel so comfortable, listens to you and your concerns, and is so knowledgeable about her craft. She is also THE BEST for spider vein injections!

I’ve always wanted lip filler for as long as I can remember but have been too scared to take the plunge. Lauren, my injector was incredible from start to finish. For a business that's "supposed" to support somenones self esteem, it sure looks as if one of the staff I'm assuming isn't for that. This comment was left on my platform, by this individual that had this business ALL over their tiktok. Including other staff members. This is highly unacceptable, and about 800+ people on my platform also agree. "Why don't I show my teeth?" Is bullying at its finest. (Being that in a domestic violence situation, they were punched out of my head.) 00/10 WOULD NOT recommend. Myself and ALOT of others wonder what bad things are said behind these individuals backs? Do you make fun of them for their issues? As you did me ? Do you say mean things to their faces? Like your STAFF did to me? Is this common in a medical establishment to bully, pick on, make fun of, less fortune individuals?completely unacceptable. My experience at the Med Spa with Lauren has been wonderful! She tells you exactly what to expect from your laser treatment and makes sure that you’re comfortable throughout. She is both knowledgeable and friendly, and does great work!

I had the best experience here!! Lauren was my injector and she was incredible! She made me feel so comfortable, and even played my favorite music while I was there to help me relax! I will definitely be returning here!

Today I had my first HydraFacial with Janis and it was amazing! Janis took the time to go over all aspects of my skin and what we should focus on. My skin has never felt so amazing. Janis did a wonderful job and can’t wait to go back again soon!

Great doctor

I have had continuous issues from the faulty work that Dr Marc Liang did. I have spent so much money trying to get relief from the damage he has caused. He refuses to take responsibility for his flawed work.

Dr. Liang completely rebuilt my nose, from my own rib!!! It would have been easier to use grafts but he knew I was not comfortable with that. I have been living with a nose that was the result of a botched (repair of injury ) and rhinoplasty for 13 years. He did an amazing job. He lengthened my nose and gave me an above normal nose. I could not have dreamed of a better nose. I can not express my gratitude to the genius, artist, surgeon that is Dr Liang. Love the staff too. Amazing. Highly recommend. Changed my life. What a disappointing experience! First, I arrived to my evening appointment on time. Natalie -the patient care coordinator -was cold and unwelcoming as she showed me to the exam room. The first thing she said was not "Hello. Welcome." Instead it was, "We called to cancel your appointment but I guess you didn't get the call." I never received a call, message or e-mail from Dr. Liang's office stating that they needed to reschedule. I explained that and she brushed me off and left the room. Rude! During my exam I felt as if my concerns were not being heard and I definitely got the impression that because I am overweight I am not beautiful enough to be treated by Dr. Liang. Since he can't "sculpt me into a work of art" I am not worth his time. I was then informed that if I had a procedure done with him that I would need to pay out of pocket since he does not accept my insurance. It would have been nice to have been told that when I scheduled the appointment and informed them of who my insurance is provided by. At the end of my appointment I was promised that Dr. Liang would offer some guidance to me on the best way to address my concerns and to follow up through e-mail wit Natalie. She was also to provide me with an idea of what the cost for some procedures would be. I reached out to her multiple times since my late December appointment and have never heard back. I am sure that Dr. Liang and his staff think I could not afford an out of pocket cosmetic procedure but they are fools cause I can and would have paid to have work done by him. Dr. Liang is an amazing surgeon who loves what he does, and I agree that he is an artist in his field. His staff is just as incredible!! He’s willing to take all the time necessary to make you feel comfortable, answer every question, talk through desired outcomes, review as many pictures as you need until you feel like you’ve clearly explained what you want. He’s willing to go beyond your “time slot” because he wants to deliver perfect results and he’ll do whatever is required to achieve that. He has no problem making time for you late in the evening or on a weekend, if that’s what works for you. The day of surgery, he’ll take as much time as he needs to make you look exactly like you envisioned. I couldn’t be happier! Waited over hour and half. During exam he left several times. His assistant very curt and did not want to deal with us. Dr was arrogant, made me very uncomfortable during exam and lectured me on eating habits then would lose weight! Not reason I was there! Natalie his assistant gave us price quote and said she follow up...never heard from her! They charge a $250 consultation fee because after your visit you won’t ever be back! If you read all the reviews on him it is very clear he has many issues!

Nice front desk staff

Dr Liang has taken care of me 3 different times and I have been very pleased every time. He has great bedside manor and compassion.

I've known Dr. Marc Liang for 20 years. He is sincere, honest, caring, professional, and an Artist in his own right. The office staff is the hardest working I've ever encountered. Johanna, the medical aesthetician, is fantastic. Robin, the P.A., has women & men lined up around the block for her injection skills. I highly recommend!

Dr. Liang did a wonderful job for me (67 year old woman with sagging chin and eyes). My chin is better than it ever was before and you can see my eyes again: no more under-eye bags and drooping lids. Things to know: he takes LOTS of time with his patients, making sure that he really understands what you want and that you really understand what he can and cannot do. This means he often gets behind with his consultations, so bring a book. He is worth waiting for.

Extremely attentive and knowledgable, best bed side manner of any doctor that I've ever met. He's honest in his opinion of what he thinks about your look and what you do or do not need. He's a great proponent of pairing a healthy lifestyle with any cosmetic procedure or product. He offers a great combination of conventional medicine/plastic surgery knowledge as well as functional and holistic medicine knowledge. He's forward thinking in his approach to health and aging.
