I've bee a patient since 2015. Dr Price is an excellent Physician. He is extremely knowledgable, personable, easy to talk to and cares about his patients. He's also a great listener and is extremely detailed in all of his notes he takes during my visits. He never rushes me, answers all of my questions, and takes the time to explain everything so it's easy to understand and digest. If your looking for an awesome GP Dr., he's your guy.

Thorough, answers questions, very careful re medications, good “bedside manner”, always greets me.

I'm a return patient who is with Dr price for close to 10 years is the best doctor I've ever seen kind care inconsiderate he listens to you he makes you feel that he cares he's awesome that's why I'm coming back

I have been a patient since 2007. He is very personable, knowledgeable, professional and very caring. He answers all your questions and doesn't rush you. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they also all think he's great. His office staff are all very nice. Looking for a good Dr, make an appointment. He also has a new PA her name is Betsey. I saw her the other day and she is also very competent. Very sweet. Pat Palmer and my better half Raymond Nickerson very satisfied patients.

Horrendous. I’ve been coming to this office since 2010 and over the years it’s just declined heavily. I recently made a workers compensation appointment and because I didn’t know anything about how it works, was charged for my visit. Following this, I waited in the room for 20 minuets for the doctor to come in with a student dr, fine I get it you need to learn, all to mis-diagnose me because she was more busy with the student and was basically rushing out of the room when, I had a lot of questions. Filled out the paperwork for my case with my employer and handed it in personally at their office. This past Monday, I received a letter from my employer that they never received any documentation from my doctor about the visit along with no charge for the visit, well because I paid for it when I wasn’t supposed to. So I call to ask where the paperwork was and the girl said there was nothing in my file, that she’ll “have to do some digging. If there was any paperwork it would have been scanned into the computer.” So I give them the benefit of a doubt with a few hours to locate my documents. No phone call back, so I call. I’m told the documents were just mailed out and was asked if I wanted to speak to the billing person. I said no, but I did end up having a last minuet question as to what address they were sent to because my employer is here, but the corporate offices are in Ohio, the woman on the phone was clearly agitated, so she said “hang on a minuet” and slammed the phone down, didn’t put me on hold or transfer, I could actually hear her slam the phone down and the voices in the back ground. Today, my prescription that I’ve had for the last 3 years needed a refil. So I call. 8 hours later I get a call back saying I need to be seen in order to have this refilled. So, pay $15 to be seen for 2 seconds after my last, what seemed to be, inconvienient appointment? Now I need to call them again to find out if my follow up appointment this month for my workers comp case, will be billed to my employer, or if I have to pay them like I did last time. But I don’t want to after these last few experiences. Very disappointed in the downfall of customer service. I only like 2 of the people that work there and they’re not even doctors or assistants. Getting test results from them is next to impossible. They never call when they say they are going to, you have to keep calling them. They gave me a referral to an office that's been permanently closed. Then, I got told my specialist was in Saratoga, got an Albany phone number for that Dr. and come to find out they were sending me to the Clifton Park office. If I didn't call the office every day for a week I would have never known. I was going to them for over 10 years and I will never go back. Getting test results from them is next to impossible. Great Doctors that treat you as family.

Amazing doctors and practice! They are friendly, thorough and extremely effective at treating you the first time! Kind and compassionate which is difficult to find in the medical world these days! They are warm and inviting, even greet you upon entering your treatment room, most doctors or assistants just type on their laptops ???? and ignore you. I myself and my son have been patients of Dr. Price for 10 years. We love him. He is thorough, real, honest, kind, caring, patient and smart. I have never left that office not knowing something, feeling like I wasted my time or feeling rushed through an appointment. His staff is also amazing and some have been with him since he started his practice. I have also recommended him to multiple people who too, have told me they love him and thank me for reccomending him.

Let me start off by saying that I am anything but a fan of doctors. That being said, if you share the same sentiment as I, then do yourself a favor and make Dr. Price your primary doctor. He's no doubt one of the nicest and most honest guys in his field and arguably the best doctor I've ever treated with. Plus his office actually understands the meaning of an appointment, i.e. minimal waiting time and you actually get an apology from them on the rare occasions when they're a little behind.

VERY PERSONABLE, GREAT STAFF, DIDN'T FEEL RUSHED.

Went to him for an injury from a car accident and he couldn't get beyond the fact that I am over weight. Bedside manner left much to be desired. Keep in mind I am not sensitive about my weight at all. Evidently he didn't know how to treat me or my injuries.

The first time I met Dr. Price he was giving me a diagnosis of breast cancer. He was extremely professional and compassionate. He made certain that I understood all my options and he was very thorough. He made sure he had all the time I needed and if I had any questions later, just call. I would recommend Dr. Price to anyone who asked.

Dr Price is a very comprehensive physician and my recent physical was very thorough and complete. I feel he is extremely competent and has a good understanding of the individual preferences and concerns I had during our encounter. Staff is efficient and test results were delivered the very next day. I have been a patient for the last 5 years and feel very confident and comfortable at recommending him to others..

If you are looking for an amazing Doctor dont look any longer....Marc Price is the best for your whole family. He will always see you when you are sick.....He is not only my doctor but psychologist as well.....I always leave his office with a big smile.My kids love him too....They cannot wait to see him again even they need shots lol His office crew is great too, always happy to help , ready to make app for you and ask if you are really ok. Absolutely love this place.....Thank you

Dr. Price is a thorough practitioner who takes his time to listen to you during the exam. He uses technology to document the visit and review records. He has been my family physician for over a decade. I appreciate his warm sense of humor and his caring manner. I also appreciate his caring staff members. I recommend him as a physician without reservation.

Guy has a serious chip on his shoulder and instead of examining you and your health he would rather sit on a computer and make snarky comments to you and then push medications on you before even doing an exam. Left an awful taste in my mouth and I won't be back. Scary that this is what medicine has become.
