I called and ask whom ever it was that answered the phone was very ruin , if they are going to help they need be more professional and know how to talk with people cant get new patients like that

I tried to schedule an appointment and have been seen in the past. I was told that I needed a referral because my insurance Tricare. My primary insurance is Fed BCBS. I have been seen in the past without a referral. Per the office manager, it is required and a prior approval is needed which is a long process for approval. Well, thus is untrue...I suggest you get a new office manager as you are not going to be in business much longer..or is it you don't like Tricare insurance patients?

Dr. Sabo is quite unique in that he never appears rushed, listens intently to you and is always spot on with his diagnoses and treatments. Even though his clientele is quite large, it seems no one has to wait for any length of time to be seen by him. He has made himself available to me at any stage for an emergency, such as my sudden flare-ups with gout and Achilles tendonitis. He is commended for his professionalism and his warm and compassionate bedside manner. (Need more space!)
