I was referred for a left brow lift. I avoided pictures because my right brow was so much higher. Glasses always showed one brow above the glasses. Dr. Phillips told me that I required a eyelid lift to make the brow lift be effective. I had saved for this procedure and after was so disappointed. My ophthalmologist wrote a letter to Dr Phillips stating her concerns. I saw another plastic surgery that urged me to not go back to her and referred me to New Orleans specialists to see if they could offer a correction. I will have to decide if I can afford more costs and emotional anxiety

As soon as you walk into Dr. Phillips' beautiful facility, your anxiety level lessens. Her staff are all courteous and extremely competent. I never sat in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes. When you first meet Dr. Phillips, you immediately feel comfortable and safe. She truly listens to all you have to say. Then she takes the time to explain everything to you in language you can understand. If you need surgery, she sees you before and after to allay your fears. Dr. Phillips is an expert in her field and genuinely cares about all her patients. I have no reservations about recommending her to anyone.

Very professional, office staff performed well. Went to be seen for surgery and had a surgery date set in one visit.
