I was hospitalized in acute pain. Dr a day a failed to prescribe pain relief before she the hospital. The staff could not administer any pain relief without an order. They called her several times during the evening and all thru the night but she did not respond. When she came in the next day, she variously "explained" that she " just moved to Irving and phone reception was poor" and she was " grocery shopping". When challenged about these explanations, she just smiled and " I'm here now".
