Dr. Zorawska workd for the Institute of Neck and Lower Back Pain in Mpls several years back and was My Assigned Physician by the Insurer in a Mn Workers Comp Case. She sent Me to CDI in St.Cloud for Steroid Injections in My Lower Back. I resisted Zorawskas Recommendations. I was Affraid. CDI Provided Me Implied Consent Forms and Promised nothing bad could happen. I had a severe adverse reaction days later and it lasted over a year. I called Zorawska immediatly and She shut me out for good.
