Excellent!! Very good doctor ????

This was my first visit to this clinic. I normally do not write about bad reviews, but this is almost embarrassing how they function. I filled out all my paper work and advised the clerk this is my first time here. After filling out all the paper work. 1 and half hours later of still waiting he ask what type of coverage I have. I had provided my Medical card info and has the nerve to say I need to call and verify. This could of been done an hour ago instead of having me wait another 40 min just to verify. I am here just to remove stitches and the customer services is horrible. I do not recommend anyone to come unless they train their staff on the very basics or replace them. I went to this clinic and the wait time is insane with appointments and everything.. they prefer to take in walk ins than appointments they have 7 medical assistants doing nothing in the front desk. Just sitting around taking about their boyfriends and babies... bad service bad everything.... never coming back

Dr Maribel Khoury is very knowledgeable. She takes care of her patients .

Overall not bad doctor however the waiting time and appointment scheduling is absolutely the worst. Last time I had an appointment for 12:00, I was there at 11:45 and waited until 1:45 to see the doctor. Every time I go was like that and this is it, I'm changing it now.
