Dear Maribeth Ching, MD: This is not a rating. This is regarding my sister named Teresa Ybarra who accompany my mother 96 year old mother Elena Ybarra to her appointments. There has been a lot of fights in my family regarding my mother's right to drive and Teresa had no business getting involved with Elena Ybarra driving rights. Now Elena Ybarra your patient who I accompany wherever she drives (Except Doctors Appointment) is a safe driver and is upset with jTeresa Ybarra her daughter and now is avoiding her because she spoke up to many times to you Maribeth Ching regarding Elena Ybarra excellent driving. I am politely asking you to reverse your DMV decision that my sister Teresa Ybarra had no right in deciding. Please NOTE: Elena Ybarra 8208 Clarinda Ave. Pico Rivera, CA 90660 drives without Cataracts, Alzheimer's, Epilepsy, Dementia, Glasses and no Citations for Speeding, Tickets, DUI, Hit and Run, Driving without a License or Insurance.
