I was referred to Dr. Baker by my general dentist for a consultation and specialty x-rays that this practice can provide. Since the Covid-19 Crisis, it has sometimes been difficult to get appointments at other practices, or to navigate at an office during the actual appointment. Dr. Baker's staff was friendly, professional and explained each step of the way. They were great at anticipating my needs and were helpful when I had a question. His assistant was wonderful giving the x-rays and organizing my experience for my consult. Dr. Baker himself was professional and didn't make me feel rushed at all! He answered all of my questions with warmth and compassion. As it turns out, I won't need additional services at this time, but if anyone asks me, I would definitely return if I need to or recommend this practice to anyone else as a go-to for a great, quality patient experience!

I went in on a day that I also had to work and the surgeon was very informative and thorough on my next steps to get my wisdom teeth out. I checked in 15 minutes early and was sent right back to speak to the surgeon. Very pleased!

Doctors and nursing staff where so informative, considerate and caring. They were great throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for better care for my daughter. I would have given a 5 start however, I did feel the front desk staff was not the friendliest compared to the nursing staff. I felt like I was an inconvenience for them while trying to complete paperwork and be checked in/out. Overall though, would recommend to anyone hands down! Great experience!

Going to any surgical establishment can be very intimidating but once Doctor Lewis was able to explain and give me my options it made me feel that I am part of the whole process and I will be in good hands when it’s time for my surgery. I actually felt good about what needs to be done!

Quickly checked in and taken to a room. Oral surgeon entered room in a timely manner and was friendly. Visit was very short and not much discussion or alternative options were made about the surgery. It was like he “expected” us to agree with doing surgery with no hesitations. I expected to be given other options.

I bought my 86 year old mom in for her consultation for a tooth extraction. The entire staff was so friendly and very professional. She was scheduled for her extraction within the same week. I was greeted and given forms to fill out immediately by a friendly person with a face mask on because of the Covoid Virus! I was apprehensive about finding an infection or needing surgery ! After taking the X-ray of all of my teeth I saw the friendly Dentist who reviewed the X-ray and asked pertinent questions before assuring me that I was FINE .... with no infection or cavities!!! !.)no staff explained what the procedure would entail 2.)the staff continuously talked among themselves about inane things instead of talking to the patient 3.) the dr. told me he had trouble obtaining PPE and has used the same mask for over 3 months. since Covid-19 has been shown to live on the outside of masks for over 7 days, this was down right scary. 4.)they forgot to give me one of the prescriptions that was on my list of postop. instructions and when I phoned about it I was told that if I wasn't given it that I did not have to take it. I asked her to check and the nurse then said they did forget it and sent in the prescription. As a psychologist who has worked all my career in hospitals and often lectured med students on ways to establish rapport and alleviate stress in patients your staff flunked!

Dr Lewis did my implants. He told me from the beginning that if for any reason they did fail he would do them again at no extra cost to me, which was very comforting. When I went in for my checkup we discovered that both implants had failed. This is not common and not the fault of Dr Lewis. True to his word, Dr Lewis removed the implants and added bone graft material and we waited for four months to try again. The second attempt worked out well. and I am very satisfied with my implants. All the staff at the office are very nice. I would highly recommend Ozark Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

The kindness started the minute I walked in (the wrong door) Temperatures had dropped 20 degrees over the afternoon and I entered the back door. Office staff was still very kind and directed me to the right check in desk, where I was greeted with another smile. Wait time was short.
