Dr Zimmerman was great! Very caring, great bedside manner and very helpful to get my daughter's urinary health on track. I highly recommend!

Pretty disappointed in his response and how flippant he seemed for my concern. When a dr. says, "you're just going to have to deal with it, unless it ruptures". Wouldn't recommend.

I heard a lot of great things about this physician. So, I called for an initial consult and the nurse told me before I could say anything to her that most insurances are not covered. I asked her how much a consult was and then proceeded to request a consult to be scheduled. The tone of the conversation completely changed. So, I waited for my consult date (1 and 1/2 months) only to be given a phone call days prior that the doctor has a surgery scheduled during that time and I now need to “come in” at 9:00a instead of my 1:30pm scheduled time. I called and they seriously made it seem like me saying I can’t come in that early was a huge problem. I was like you scheduled me out 1 month and a half ago for a consult and then days before it you just want to switch everything up and expect me to just be like sure! On top of this they asked me to wait ANOTHER month for a consult. I’m sorry that just seems so disrespectful, insensitive and rude. There was also no apology offered. The doctor may be wonderful (according to the NWA rumor mill), but the service that I have been given from the staff is far less than mediocre. I heard a lot of great things about this physician. Was great at realizing what was going on with me and the surgery happened fast and i feel better than i have in years

Dr. Zimmerman is fantastic. I read reviews on several doctors before picking one for a common procedure, and I'm glad I went with Dr. Zimmerman. Personable, knowledgeable, accessible (seriously, provided me with his personal cell phone number). His demeanor throughout the process was pleasant and I'm glad I made the choice I did.

Dr. Zimmerman has been the best all around Dr. I've had interaction with in a very long time. Extremely knowledgeable, willing to share and answer any and all questions until you are completely comfortable. Very professional but yet just as personable. Answered my questions immediately even if I texted his personal phone after hours or weekends, simply unheard of! The nurses and Dr Zimmerman are very good at what they do. Wish I could say the same thing about the office staff who do the scheduling and appointments. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

After several calls and emails from my PCP who wished to refer me, Dr. Zimmerman's office staff failed to contact me or the PCP's office. In my case, they did not even answer the telephone; instead, I left a message via voicemail, which was ignored.

Very thorough and professional, staff very friendly and attentive

I have been an ongoing patient of Dr. Zimmerman and his wonderful staff for two years, having had surgery, scopes, numerous treatments and other procedures. I could not be more pleased with the caring and professional manner with which I have been treated. This is a wonderful clinic.

Dr Zimmerman was highly recommended by several Drs and people I knew. I was still very nervous about getting a bilateral neophrectomy. After discussing the procedure with Dr Zimmerman, I knew I was in good hands, the procedure exceeded my expectations with minimum scarring. He's a very caring dr.
