Mr. Mark Craig Beck

Dr. Beck was my primary care when I was a child up until I left home at 21 when 9/11 happened. I’ve been all over the US and the world and Dr. Beck is my favorite Doc of them all sans a few Navy/CG Corpsman. Hopefully I’ll get one last visit in before he retires.

I am a longstanding mother of two pediatric patients of Dr. Beck. He is patient and kind to them. My son was so bow-legged as a new walker and I kept hearing about the horror stories and was really worried. Dr Beck examined my son, took care, and was 100% right about the outcome and what course of action to take. Since then he's always been positive, responsive, and easy to communicate with about my children. I believe he strives for integrity in his profession and it shows. He's a parent too! Not only does he have medical wisdom and knowledge but he is committed to his family and his parental experience shows in how he interacts with my children and the wealth of life experience that is evident. He is is so humble. I have not met one doctor with the humility of this man. It's astounding. All praises to God Almighty!

Unless you plan on spending 4 hours here I would not go. I was a new patient about 3 months ago. It took weeks for them to get my info from the pediatrician because it was getting lost. I eventually had to print out my own overview and take in. My insurance paperwork had to be filled out 2 times because it was lost the first time. The front office looks like a tornado (as you can see in the picture) and that is organized compared to the first time I went - they were looking a patient’s file and had folders all spread out across the floor. I was supposed to be called back to set up an appointment, was never called. I have to make an appointment at 9:30 am, when he doesn’t even come into the office until 10:30-11:00am. I could barely understand anything he was saying because he was slurring his words together. He told me he does not check his computer regularly and that I have to request a refill for my prescription a week in advanced or it won’t be filled. Didn’t wear a mask

Dr. Beck and the office staff is amazing. I have never found a doctor that listen to you and is very concerned about your health. If I need to make an appointment I get it at the time I need it and Beverly and Becky is excellent and so amazing. The whole office staff is wonderful. I don't feel rushed when I'm there for my visit. I sincerely want to say this office staff is the best I have ever been to in my life. Keep up the awsome work and I appreciate everything yall have done for me.

I wish I could rate this place 100 stars. I am currently sick and I probably should of went to the doctor sooner but I’m hard- headed but anyways I currently switched doctors office and was referred to see Dr. Beck by an amazing lady named Cynthia. My appointment was at 4:30 , 9-30-19. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I went in to see him about my sickness, but he actually went over all my medical issues that I have and also took care of my sickness that I currently have. I can tell that he is concerned about my health and I am very pleased. When you go into most offices they get you in and out. He actually took the time out to go over all my issues. I am very happy to call this place my new Doctor office. I felt very comfortable with him and the staff. That means a lot to me. Thank you so much for all your help! We used Dr. Beck when we first came to NC in 1986. Our insurance would not cover his office after a while so we had to switch doctors. I can honestly say that Mark is by far the most caring doctor you will ever find. My advice to you is to go before he retires. The guy isn't getting any younger. You will feel at ease with him. This doctor allows and supports unvaccinated patients. If you have a poor or comprimsed immune system, sitting in this doctor's waiting area could make you sicker. Dont take the risk, find another PCP.

Imagine your inlays spending a month with you while their retirement home is being built. That month would be more pleasant and productive than my experience here.
