Dr. Mark Arden Boettler

Dr. Boettler has an abysmal bedside manner. He talked over me throughout the appointment and when I described the weather conditions that seem to precipitate spikes in my symptoms, he launched into a rude and invalidating lecture about correlation vs. causation. He then suggested that I lack the scientific literacy to determine whether a source of information is credible or not. I absolutely cannot imagine what his family must go through. This doctor doe snot listen to his pt's he has an attitude that he is smarter than his pt's and talks down to them, i am a 50 year old woman with high blood pressure and other issues, he told me women my age do not have heart attacks

Immediately switching providers. No follow up. Been waiting for weeks for a test result. Left 4 unreturned messages.

He is a good doctor

A very caring doctor.

My first visit with Dr. Boettler was bad. I have a few very serious medical issues and I needed a certain medicine that I have had before and I know it would help me. He flat out refused to give it to me. Said he never writes that for no one. Well he just wrote that very medicine three days before to my neighbor. His staff are very unprofessional. Robert who told me he’s a nurse laughed in my face twice and said a very rude statement to me. I really don't think Robert is a nurse by the childish way he acts. Don’t waste your time with this Dr. He doesn’t care about his patients. He is so arrogant and think his patients are below him. My first visit with Dr. Boettler was bad.
