If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They DELETE any review that makes them look bad. This so called Dr is very dismissive of any pain. I posted a review a couple months ago. They deleted it!! Why? Because they know this doctor is arrogant, rude, dismissive. Doesn’t acknowledge any real concerns and pains. Throws it out the door acting like the patient is dramatic. He told my mother she’s faking her pain? Said all he’s listening to is negativity? Lord have mercy on this place!! His licensed should be revised and REVOKED!!

The nurse first to see me asked (again) what i needed to be treated. I explained I was rear ended & my neck / ankle foot were bothersome. She said “that’s 3, Dr. Burts will only treat 2 body parts per visit. She didn’t tell me he does NOT treat neck or spine and allowed me to select ankle & neck (w/ a broken foot left out). I had ankle & neck x-rays done. When doc came in he handed me a picture of the X-rays said something about a spine Dr & ordered an air cast boot for my ankle. Different nurse came in with the boot & I asked about a brace for my neck and she said “Dr Burts doesn’t do necks or backs!” I asked if I could have something to keep it still & she said it again. I then asked why I was told to pick two when one is not applicable! I was told she didn’t know but I’d have to make another appointment to discuss that! I’m no better for having been “treated” there by him.

Saw Dr. Burt for a fractured wrist. Was seen right away and visit was thorough but quick. I liked the brace he gave me rather than the cast I had expected.

Dr. Burt took my pain seriously on the first visit and was very easy to work with. He listened to my opinion and gave me options for a treatment plan. I appreciated the attention to my issues and the compassionate care.

Dr. Burt explains x-rays and surgery very well. He is an excellent physician.

I saw Dr. Burt for knee pain. Scheduling was easy. Very short wait when I arrived for my appointment. Even shorter wait in the examination room.Took X-rays and examined my injury. Listened to my symptoms and gave great professional advice. Explained my options for treatment and I’m on the road to recovery. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Worst Dr. visit ever. Paid $500 for X Ray scan that pointed to serious injury and Dr. Burt walked out of the room and never returned to help advise with pain management. Dr. Burt got fired. 0.0 Stars

He is very knowledgeable about my knee issues. Since I have started to see him my knee has felt much better.

Dr. Burt evaluated right knee pain. After thorough assessment of knee, suspected issues were clearly discussed and treatment suggestions were made. Dr. Burt treated an injury to my left knee 4 years ago with excellent results. He is professional, patient, kind and compassionate in the treatment of his patients. I have already recommended him to family members. Thank you!

I was able to get an appointment quickly (I scheduled online, very easily!) and had a great experience. From check in to check out, they all took very good care of me.

Dr Burt has helped me so much through my ankle surgery. I was really scared before the procedure but was reassured by having all my questions answered. His staff and nurses were awesome as well. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Burt

I have been to Dr. Burt several times. He has always treated me as well as I could ever expect and he is the one I call when I have ortho problems. Over the years, he has given me 4 Cortizone shots, that I can remember, and I never felt any pain when he gave them to me. He is the best.

Dr. Burt is a knowledgeable and caring. He listened to me and my concerns then put into motion a plan for recovery.

I had osteoarthritis in my right knee for over 8 years. I tried all kinds of injections, braces and physical therapy until I finally give up and have a knee replacement surgery by Dr. Burke. I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy with the results. I still do my knee and leg exercises but I can move about without any pain on my knees. I still play tennis but no single competition. He is also patient and takes the time to hear my questions and answers them to my satisfaction.

Dr. Burt and his staff were professional by taking the time to discuss my issues, offer suggestions and solutions, and gave me insights as to what the best choices would be to resolve my health issue.

I was very satisfied and impressed with my visit and with Dr. Burt. The entire staff was friendly and responsive. I only waited 10 minutes in waiting room. Dr. Burt diagnosed my problem and provided good suggestions. He was very kind and empathetic also. I highly recommend this MD and practice!

This business will keep you here as long as possible. Their goal is not to help you but to keep you there paying every month. I came in for an MRI last year and they made me do all these other things and charge me for each one that they said that I had to do in order to get the mri. then after they charged me for all the stuff I didn't need, they said they won't do the MRI unless I am with them for 6 months. Imagine going somewhere for a broken leg and they charge you hundreds and hundreds of dollars for something totally different and then say oops yeah we can't help you with your broken leg. This place is a money making scam just stay away. This business will keep you here as long as possible. Their goal is not to help you but to keep you there paying every month. Fast appointment and fast results. Very nice friendly group.

My experience with DR. BURT and Staff was the best the time, respect and the care they are the best and agin Thank you all for taking care and helping me.

Dr. Burt is concerned with helping the patient in the best possible way. He gives options and lets the patient have input as to their care. He understands the financial concerns patients have and will work out a plan to address needs accordingly.

Great experience for my very first visit. Forms were completed electronically making the process smooth. X-rays completed without issues. Dr. Burt was honest and forthright. Seems I didn't have a serious bone problem; and while bending my knee in different ways to find the problem, he seemed to resolve whatever the pain was. My visit with Dr. Burt was excellent. I have been a patient at Emerge Ortho and it’s antecedent organization for almost a decade all with exemplary results. Dr. Burt and all of the support staff are really great and I left there feeling that my best interest were met without question.

I saw Dr. Burt for guidance for a mallet finger that happened a couple of months ago. I was seen quickly. He provided answers to my questions. Without me asking he took the time to print out information, exercises and contact info for a local occupational therapist. I would definitely recommend him.

I was fortunate to get an appt. quickly. Dr. Burt was very kind and efficient. After performing a physical exam and speaking with me, he took x-rays and showed them to, showing and explaining the reasons for my pain and discomfort. He offered suggestions and options and listened to me. I am very happy with my visit with Dr. Burt.

I would prefer warmer bedside manner. Seemed not too interested to listen and couldn’t wait to leave the room. Was given in instructions on papers as exercises that were not legible. Not sure he wants to cultivate me as a patient.

Came in to see Dr. Burt with a knee injury, we discussed options wit and without surgery. I opted to have surgery due to previous injury and recently injured knee. The outcome was successful! Feels great and no more pain! The staff at the surgery center and his office along with the physical therapy group was fantastically helpful and great! Will be back to see him if I have any problems with the other knee! Awesome job for the entire team!

I have been seeing Dr. Burt for years for different joint issues. He is always professional, and friendly. He listens intently to you and has always responded with appropriate advice and treatment. I respect his expertise and I know when asking questions I will have excellent, medically founded answers. I highly recommend Dr. Burt.

I feel very fortunate to have had Dr. Burt to see me through my recent surgery and follow up. He always showed great concern about my well being. He is a very kind and caring doctor. I would feel comfortable using him again.

This was my first visit and didn’t know what to expect. I liked that Dr. Burt took the time to speak with me and suggested that PT is the way to go in alleviating my discomfort. Some doctors like to prescribe medication or suggest surgery and I appreciated that he does not.

By far the most arrogant, condescending person much less doctor I have ever met. Did not explain anything, became defensive when I asked questions and refused to answer. I actually got up and left the apt after waiting 45 min past my apt time to see him. I should have known better because I gad a similar experience at Emerge Ortho PT. I will never go back!

It was not easy to find a doctor for my Worker's Comp case, but I can say that when I found out it was Dr. Burt, I immediately knew I was in good hands. Being in the medical field, I had worked in the same hospital previously as Dr. Burt and was familiar with his approach with patients. Now that it was my turn to be the PATIENT I was not nervous in the least. Even from the very first visit to the very last, my experience with the office was WONDERFUL! I will be recommending others!

Dr. Burt is a wonderful doctor! I am a high risk patient because of a heart issue. I was very nervous about having to have shoulder surgery. Dr. Burt worked with my cardiologist to make sure that I was on the best path. He was so kind and caring of my concerns because of the possible bleeding issues. Since my surgery Dr. Burt has responded promptly with phone calls and worked me in when I needed to be seen and he listens with care when I complain about the pain I am still feeling.

I met him once at the advise of my insurance. He recognized my problem as I had given a MRI a week before. He knew from that and he showed me the MRI CD and explained it to me. I needed surgery. All the arrangement was made by him and staff right then and there. Come surgery day he arrived met my family explained what was going to happen, ask me if I had any question and if i understood what was about to happen. He did my surgery without any problems. And i won't go to any other doctor.

Dr. Burt reviewed my situation and decided that I needed to get my meniscus repair. The knowledge and care he has shown me and my family is excellent. Getting a step by step plan on what will be done and how long my healing process will take. ( My issue: I felled down my stairs at home). Dr. Burst is very professional as well as his staff. I will recommend Dr. Burt to everyone that need repairs done to their bones, etc.

Myself, son, and husband have all seen Dr. Burt. He is absolutely amazing. When I had to have surgery he was wonderful with explaining everything to expect, surgery day was great, and my after care was nothing but stellar.

We waited over an hour to see Dr. Burt for my 13 year old daughter's Achilles injury. When he FINALLY walked in there was no apology for the wait. He asked my daughter directly if she wanted an x-ray! Isn't that his job to recommend? She's 13...a little young to make that decision. He then felt her foot and NEVER observed her walking. He was done after 5 minutes and only after I asked him (as he was leaving the room) did he recommend wrapping the ankle if it hurts. Nurse was very friendly.

I've had multiple surgeries for my hip and knees. I would rank Dr. Burt in my Top 2 best surgeons. He takes the time to explain, answer questions, offered suggestions on activities to strengthen my knees and did a great job with the surgery! Thanks and was pleased with the outcome.
