All we’ve been hearing is excuses of “we have new staff” His new staff can’t take blood pressure correctly, new staff doesn’t know how to submit orders to the insurance! Everytime I call I get the run around. The nurses won’t even answer my calls, they rely everything to the receptionist. We’ve been waiting for authorization for a PET CT. Dr. Said his staff submitted them 2 weeks ago. Just got a call from the facility saying insurance is still pending. I call the insurance co and guess what, they NEVER received an order from Dr. D’Andrea’s office. Go figure! Save yourself the time and frustration and go find a Dr. Who puts the patients first & genuinely cares about giving the patient what they need. My grandfather is sick and this doctor and his staff could care less. Not to mention we had to wait over 1 hour to be seen by the doctor. Pitiful!

These reviews have to be fabricated. The machine is always broken and there's always a problem with staff and information.

Terrible cancer facility, machine is always down for repair and no one ever has real answers!

Chaotic facility, understaffed, the doctor here is more attentive to his phone than to his patients. Waste of time and money!

Dr D'Andrea has been a great help and blessing throughout my diagnostic testing process. I was referred by my physician and im very happy I was. the staff is helpful and accommodating in my needs and with my schedule.

Dr. D'Andrea and the whole staff have been extremely compassionate and supportive throughout the entire process. He offered encouragement as well as his confidence in a speedy and positive outcome and sure enough, he was right. I am a survivor of breast cancer.

Dr D Andrea was great. I appreciate him taking the time out to explain treatment options to me and my family regarding my fathers cancer. I feel he has done a good job and the staff there is friendly too. i am thankful our doctor referred us to Dr DAndrea for testing.

I recently had my first prostate check at university cancer center. The doctors and staff are very caring. The wait was alittle longer then I expected but the office staff was very attentive nonetheless. I recommend for checkups.

wonderful staff. clean facilities and bathrooms. Much better then going to the hospital

i am so thankful to dr dandrea. He saw my mother on a second opinion a few months ago and has been treating her with great care. My mother seems to be doing better and visiting the office has been more convenient then i thought possible.

The staff at university cancer centers is very helpful and attentive. Juana was great at walking me through the process and helping me with my insurance and making sure I was able to get into treatment quickly. I did not expect this level of care.
