I went to a few different consultations for my breast lift and augmentation and I knew right away once I met Dr. Epstein that he was the surgeon I would be choosing. He made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and the 3D imaging at the consult was a great visual for me to see the potential outcome. On the day of surgery EVERYONE made me feel comfortable, safe and at ease. The entire staff at Dr. Epstein’s office we’re absolutely wonderful. I was skeptical about the “24 hour recovery” especially with a breast lift but it’s true!! I was able to lift my arms up over my head right after my surgery and the next day I was walking around without any major pain and was back to the gym on my third day of recovery walking on the treadmill. I could not be happier with the outcome, my breasts look better than I expected and very natural! I feel so much more confident and I am so happy. I would 1000% recommend Dr. Epstein over and over again!

I could not be more pleased with the results I received from Dr. Epstein with my breast augmentation! From the moment I met Dr. Epstein and his amazing staff I knew it was the right fit. I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed with open arms. Dr. Epstein asked the look I was trying to achieve and explained everything and answered all my questions which made my decision and process so much easier. He took his time to make sure I understood everything. I made it known that I wanted something super natural looking Dr. Epstein said that’s the kind of work he does, and he wasn’t kidding! From Dr. Epstein, to the medical assistances, to the nurses, the anesthesiologist, to the patient coordinator, to the front desk staff everyone was there to answer my questions and made me feel so relaxed. I never make decisions on the spot, but once I met with Dr. Epstein I made my decision that moment that I was going to go with him and get this breast augmentation. The day of surgery couldn’t come soon enough I was so excited. I remember Dr. Epstein in my consult kept mentioning his 24 hour recovery and this is something that stood out to me since I am constantly working out and have a physically demanding job. Well let me tell you his 24 hour recovery is real! It’s a real thing! When I was in the recovery room right out of surgery I was able to lift my arms over my head without a problem and pain free. I usually suffer from severe nausea after anesthesia and I didn’t have any nausea at all after this. Dr. Epstein met me pre op to go over everything and in the recovery room after to explain how the procedure went and what size implants he decided to go with as he felt it fit my body frame the best. I followed Dr. Epstein’s recipe for recovery by having something to eat taking the ibuprofen and taking a 2 hour nap. After my nap I was up moving around the house with no problems and made sure I did my arm raises over my head every hour. I felt no pain, I didn’t even feel like I just had surgery. It felt like I just had a chest workout at the gym and I was sore. I was able to shower without any problems. Dr. Epstein called the night of surgery to see how I was feeling and to make sure everything was okay and to my standards. This right here is another reason Dr. Epstein is simply the best, he makes you feel like and you know that you are his priority and he genuinely cares. The recipe to recovery is something that outlines everything to do over the recovery process and it is what to follow to get the best results! The next two days I felt just muscle soreness but no pain what so ever! I didn’t even take any ibuprofen after the 24 hour mark post surgery! I was up doing house cleaning, laundry and was going out for walks everyday pain free! The 24 hour recovery was real and I was back to doing things I do on a normal basis, even work! After my 3 day post op appointment Dr. Epstein was super pleased with the results so far as was I. He completely exceeded my expectations and stated that with time and the drop and fluff they will look much better (which I didn’t even think was possible). I am 1 month post breast augmentation and the results keep leaving me speechless. They look so amazing already and I am so happy I went through with it and made this decision. The incision sites are healing beautiful, my breasts look incredible and I am so excited to see the final product and to finally be able to wear clothes and fill them the way they should be. Dr. Epstein’s work has given me the confidence I was lacking and he given me that natural look i always wanted that fits my body type perfectly. I can’t thank Dr. Epstein enough! Him and his staff are truly incredible! I had a breast revision with him about a month ago. And a year ago Dr. Epstein did my 360 tummy tuck. The one day recovery from my recent breast augmentation was very smooth and painless and I could not be happier with my results. I now have perfect, beautiful, natural looking breasts! In October I had a breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Epstein. His staff as well as him were amazing every step of the way from the detailed consultation visit where we discussed various options to the scheduling procedure as well as the pre op visit. I am now one month post op after undergoing a breast augmentation with Dr. Epstein. Dr. Epstein is an artist and I couldn’t be happier with my results! After my initial consult I knew Dr Epstein was the only doctor for me. He is meticulous about his work and emphasized the importance of picking the type and size implant that was best for my body. I underwent the one day recovery breast augmentation and I couldn’t believe and how smooth and painless my recovery process was. Went to Dr. Epstein to have a tummy tuck and liposuction. First of all let me let you know that he is AMAZING! You immediately feel comfortable with him and his staff (all of which are FANTASTIC!) He doesn't take risks with your health either! I had a tumor removed from my abdomen in 2014 that left me with lumps, bumps and scars, I was told that I it would be dangerous to do any type of corrective surgery do to the nature of "the blood line" so I wore my husbands shirts to cover my bulge and wore stretch pants, it was horrible! No matter how much I excersize it wouldn't go away. He explained what he proposed to do and how it was going to avoid the dangers I was told about, he was very conservative about his approach and how it will look afterwards. Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift I first consulted Dr Epstein 7 years ago for a capsular contracture on implants that I had, he did an amazing job at switching out the implants and fixing the contracture. It truly was a 1-day recovery. There are many testimonials regarding his 1-day recovery breast augmentation. However, his talents are not limited to breast implants and body sculpting. I recently consulted him for a facelift. I was very hesitant as we all have seen celebrities with faces pulled back too far, but I was becoming increasingly unhappy with how old I looked and the “complements” I would receive “you look great for your age” My goal was to look natural, like a younger version of myself. Dr Epstein assured me that he uses the most up to date techniques and that the results look natural. I had my surgery 10 days later and I'm thrilled with the results. The procedure that I underwent is called a “Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift with milli, micro and nano fat grafting.” Recovery was easier than I anticipated, I noticed improvement in minor swelling, bruising and numbness daily. I had a Labiaplasty Feb 15 of this year by Dr Epstein. The whole experience has been so positive and I could not be happier with my results. It was something that was bothering me for years. The outer lips grew larger as I got older. It did not look the same. After reading up on Labiaplasty I decided to start the process of researching an experienced Surgeon. I was surprised to see that someone so qualified in Labiaplasty was right here on Long Island. I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I went for my consult everyone was so friendly and professional. The office was very clean, which is a good sign. Dr. Epstein and staff answered all of my questions and I knew I was in good hands. After the consult I booked my surgery immediately. Dr. Epstien recommended general anesthesia for this particular surgery. The staff was very helpful relieving me of any stress the day of the surgery. I went in and woke up after in the recovery room, were I was being monitored. I was not in any pain. The area was numb and I felt nothing. The next day I worked from home and was alert and working at full capacity and I was NOT in pain. I went into the office to work the next day with no discomfort. It truly was a 24 hour recovery. I am writing this review one year post breast implant surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and his team for this surgery, especially if you are nervous about it, like I was. From start to finish Dr. E., his nurses, and anesthesiologist were top notch. They answered every question I had along the way and I never felt rushed. Before and after the surgery I followed the instructions given to me and it was like a miracle! The same day as my surgery, I was making dinner for my kids and washed/blow dried my own hair. I never needed narcotic pain medicine and I didn’t have any drains or uncomfortable dressings (like my friends did with other doctors). But the best part is the results! After researching different surgeons for a breast augmentation I am so happy and thankful I chose Dr. Epstein. I never truly thought 24 hour recovery really meant 24 hour recovery. After just a day from surgery I was out running errands with my two kids like I never had surgery the previous day. The experience at Dr. Epstein's office is absolutely amazing . i had the 24 hrs recovery breast augmentation surgery there, and i literally recovered in 24 hrs. it was painless, and i could lift my arms up right after surgery. i didn't need any pain killer and was able to return to work after 1 week. I genuinely don't know where to begin with how amazing my experience with Dr. Epstein has been. Prior to coming to his practice, I was only able to imagine my body differently and nothing more. The first time I arrived at his office I was welcomed by such a friendly staff; once it was time for me to go into the exam room, his super kind medical assistant, Leighann, greeted me and made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. I met with Dr. Epstein, and we discussed my concerns, after speaking with him for a thorough amount of time I felt a weight lift off of my shoulders. I learned that 1) An insecurity I have struggled with for as long as I could remember, is actually way more common than I thought, and 2) That there was a procedure out there for me that could defeat my insecurity completely, while also skyrocketing my self-esteem. Dr. Epstein was incredibly kind and made me feel contented throughout the entire visit. I made my decision immediately and booked my surgery for a labiaplasty. Every visit to his office thereafter was of the exact same quality, everyone who has ever helped me, answered a question, or a phone call at Dr. Epstein’s practice has been nothing short of exceedingly pleasant. My surgery took place on February 1st of this year, and to say recovery has been practically easy is an understatement! It was ironic for me that my surgery was booked the same day I was supposed to be able to start moving into my new apartment, and on top of that I’m a full-time college student whose semester just started one week prior to the surgery. So naturally, I thought I was going to be out for the count for a few days after. But of course, to my surprise, the next morning I was up bright and early already doing little things like sweeping, cleaning, and getting ready to move in. I never missed a beat on my schoolwork either. Of course, I had the expected side effects when recovering from surgery such as bruising, swelling, etc. but it was absolutely nothing Tylenol or Advil couldn’t fix! It was truly a perfect experience. By time my post-op came around and Dr. Epstein reassured me that everything looked like it was healing great, I felt better than ever. Around day 5 (post-op) came around, I could already see that my bruising had diminished, and that my swelling had gone down tremendously. Probably about a week after my surgery all my bruising was gone and my swelling had gone down even more, at this point I was comfortably walking/shopping around at stores for long periods of time and doing things around my apartment, all while already having my confidence through the absolute roof! I just left my 3-week post-op and realizing that I’m already halfway through recovery is mind-blowing, these last 3 weeks have flown by and couldn’t have been easier recovery-wise. I can’t express how pleased I am that I chose Dr. Epstein to perform my very first procedure with Botox and Fillers! He and his staff are truly incredible. I never thought this would be something I’d feel I needed to do, but after losing a significant amount of weight I noticed my face sagging and that I was looking older. My results are amazing and subtle, just as I wanted. Dr. Epstein listened to all of my concerns and literally fixed every one. I even ended up opting for some filler in my lips just because I was so amazed at the immediate result from the other areas, and I mean immediate. He handed me a mirror and I think I said “Oh my God!” Dr. Epstein is not a salesman. He suggests what is best for YOU. Two weeks later as I write this review, there is still no part of my face that looks overfilled, fake or frozen. The discomfort was minimal and my skin even looks hydrated and extra smooth. I had a labiaplasty two months ago by Dr Epstein and I am so beyond happy with my results. The entire experience from consultation to the post-op checkup was awesome. The office is spotless, the staff are always welcoming and kind, and appointments are usually on time with little wait times. I was able to get a surgery appointment within two weeks of my consultation which was perfect. I was always hesitant to get this procedure, it took me years to finally pull the trigger and I have zero regrets! I did the procedure awake with local anesthesia and besides the few seconds of pinch/burn with the local injection, it was pain free. They gave me nitrous oxide to breathe to help me relax and it was a great experience. Dr Epstein and staff talked to me during the procedure and being awake honestly wasn't bad at all. I stayed at a nearby hotel so that I can make it to the follow up appointment the next day. Because Dr Epstein uses a long-acting local anesthetic (exparel), I had NO post-op pain for 3 days (how amazing) I was able to go on a walk and went out for dinner the same night of surgery. I was able to run errands and go for walks for the next few days as well. By the time the exparel wore off, I just had slight discomfort! The worst part of recovery was the itching that followed along the sutures, which is an expected part of the healing process, and that lasted for the next week and a half (worse at night for me). I really hope that my review can help other women pull the trigger to get this procedure done. I've had my breast augmentation from Dr. Epstein back in December 2018. Many years have passed and I am still so happy with the results. I did my research prior to getting this surgery done and felt confident in going with him because he explained thoroughly what I'd expect from the state of the art technique and tools that creates less pain than what other surgeons would typically do. I was honestly shocked because the one day recovery was real and only had to take Tylenol because the pain was extremely doable. His work is true artistry because he takes into account of your body measurements and your lifestyle. One of my favorite things about coming into his office is how the staff is always friendly, attentive, and personable. I went to Dr. Epstein to have the 24-hour breast augmentation and I couldn’t be happier with my results! The process was made very easy by his friendly and organized staff. I am a person who needs to ask many questions in order to make decisions and Dr. Epstein and the patient coordinator were very responsive and helpful in answering all questions. In terms of the surgery, Dr. Epstein set realistic expectations during my consultation for a breast size that would fit my body in the most naturalistic way. He used 3D imaging to give me an idea of what my breasts would look like after surgery and went over the process of surgery. The day of my surgery I could not have been more comfortable. His nurses and anesthesiologist were incredibly professional and kind. After surgery, I was able to lift my arms above my head before leaving the office. I went home, took a nap, was able to take a shower, then went for multiple walks around my neighborhood through the afternoon and evening. The next day, I was back at work . I have been back and forth with the decision to have breast augmentation surgery for more years like I would like to admit and always found reasons not to, but I did myself a real disservice by ignoring how I felt. I finally decided to pull the trigger and did extensive research because I wasn't letting anyone near me without impossibly high credentials and raving reviews. From the minute my fiancé and I walked into Dr. Epstein’s office we were so impressed with how clean the facility was and how kind and personable the staff was. Meeting Dr. Epstein was like seeing an old friend. He was patient with the countless questions we had and very thorough and honest with both his and my expectations. When my surgery was coming up, not only did members of the staff who would be with me on my surgery day call me, but the anesthesiologist called to go over the day and make sure all my questions were answered. After surgery I was shocked by how good I felt. I was tired at first, which I think is to be expected after anesthesia, but I really never felt any pain at all, just some soreness. I had a labiaplasty in September with Dr. Epstein and I can not express how smooth of a procedure it was! From the start, at the consultation, I already had trust in Dr. Epstein and his staff. Everyone was super sweet and never made me feel uncomfortable about something that was an insecurity for me. Before surgery, he explained everything very thoroughly and after surgery he even called me to see how I was making out! I am beyond happy with my results. I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Epstein and team 3 weeks ago and I can not express how happy I am! I have wanted to have this surgery done for more than 15 years but never felt comfortable enough with the process or a doctor to move forward until now. I chose Dr. Epstein based on the reviews that I read and his 24-hour recovery. Him and his team are very professional and personable, his office is relaxing and super clean. I received a surgical packet via email that was really helpful for pre- and post-op information, its really difficult to remember everything! I felt 0 pain from the procedure through recovery and did achieve a 24-hour recovery! After surgery I was able to lift my arms fully above my head with no pain at all. I went for a walk (over a mile) less than 24 hours after surgery and felt comfortable cooking/working from home the next day. The only discomfort i felt was swelling which subsided after 48 hours, I did not feel the need at any point to take anything stronger than OTC pain killers. I could not have asked for a better experience and am highly satisfied with my results. Dr. Epstein's post-op recommendations are way different than what I had prepared myself for / had been reading online. When googling post-op care, most doctors prescribe narcotics and pain is expected for a minimum of 5 days - 2 weeks, and patients are not able to lift their arms above their head for at least a week. I am now 4 weeks post-op and I did not experience any pain; I lifted my arms above my head just an hour after surgery! It is safe to say that Dr. Epstein's talent is truly unparalleled. I am three weeks post op and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Epstein and his team. Starting with the consult. After significant weight loss I had some severe sagging and poor tissue quality at 35 years old. I thought I needed implants to achieve the aesthetic I desired but Dr. Epstein walked me through all the possibilities and explained what he thought would offer me the best result in the long term. I am six months since my breast augmentation and could not be happier with the results. I picked Dr. Epstein to do my surgery after doing a lot of my own research. I was very interested in the 24 hour recovery based on my active lifestyle, being a mom of two little ones and working full time. Everything leading to surgery was thoroughly explained including what to expect day of surgery and post surgery. I could not be happier with the results of my surgery -- this is a life changer. I received a breast reduction from Dr. Epstein. I have always had a disproportionately large chest and it was such a drain on my self confidence. I finally decided to take the plunge and schedule an appointment. From the consultation to the surgery, the customer service was top notch. Dr. Epstein and his staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and based on the results of my surgery, extremely skilled at what they do. One thing that I really appreciated was there was no pushy sales pitch, no flashy advertisements - Dr. Epstein's work and his consistent 5 star reviews speak for themselves. This was the first surgery I'd ever undergone so I was naturally nervous, but the team made the experience wonderful. My recovery--the only word I can use is "insane." Within 24 hours I was up and walking around, my pain level was a 1 out of 10 from the moment I walked out of surgery. The only medication I used was Ibuprofren and Tylenol. My husband had to yell at me to stop tidying around the house, because I felt that good. I got a removal and replacement to replace my breast implants. My previous doctor from 19 years ago is since retired. I researched doctors and found Dr Epstein. He has years of experience and specializes in this. As soon as I met him I knew I would be happy with him. He’s kind, knowledgeable and he said he’s a perfectionist. I was a little skeptical about how long my recovery would take because my first time around took two weeks. This time around my recovery only took 24 hours. I was back to work two days later. After many years and consultations, I finally was able to get my Breast Augmentation. I traveled from Brooklyn to Long Island and Dr. Epstein did an amazing job, I got them done around Thanksgiving and I’m in love! The size and shape is perfect for my small frame and they feel great too! The 24hr recovery is what had me sold, I was able to pretty much live my life without heavy lifting of course. The pain was very mild at first and then no pain at all, just Tylenol if I felt any discomfort. I was able to go back to work within a week which is a retail job so not too strenuous, but I’m sure if it was I would be fine. After my breast reduction and body contouring I could not have imagined how amazing my results would be. Only 24 hrs after surgery my breast were already feeling great; I was able to get up shower, and go about my routine. The body contouring recovery also went extremely well. After 2 plus years of doing extensive research on breast augmentation and interviewing many surgeons, I decided on Dr. Epstein and his team! I couldn't be happier! This is coming from someone who never thought they would ever get breast augmentation, but after 2 children I began to think and feel otherwise. Dr. Epstein listened to every question I had no matter how silly it seemed. They knew I would be traveling from Boston to Long Island for my procedure and were very helpful in recommending accommodations, as well as, things to do while we were in town. He and his team calmed any fears I had about anesthesia or post-op recovery. Speaking of recovery, the 24 hour recovery is legit! I was up and moving around the day of surgery. Dr. Epstein did my breast augmentation 6 months ago and I honestly could not be happier! Every single time I've gone in everyone has been so incredibly nice, and I'm so happy with my results. I'm petite, and Dr. Epstein was honest with me about what would look best on me and they came out looking absolutely perfect for my body. I cannot say enough about Dr. Epstein. I have consulted with other surgeons regarding Breast Augmentation and done extensive research of my own. Not one other surgeon made me feel as comfortable as I felt within minutes of meeting Dr. Epstein. It began when I walked in-the staff is friendly and warm and the office is clean and inviting. No other doctor took the time to talk to me and ask about my life and reasoning behind wanting a BA. I felt like Dr. Epstein cared from the first minute we started talking. He made it clear that he would only do what is safe for my body and that alone screams professionalism. He takes pride in his work and the safety of his patients. I appreciate that so much. Other doctors felt like plastic surgery factories where they just wanted to get as many patients in and out as possible. My decision was made SO easily after my consultation with Dr. Epstein. On the day of surgery I was nervous but I truly felt I was in the best hands. The nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Epstein all made me feel so safe and actually EXCITED. Surgery went amazing and when I woke up my nurse was very attentive. I went home a few short hours after surgery feeling awesome. I drove normally, cleaned and worked. I went back to the gym at 1 week post op for cardio and even some lower body exercises. I have been working out ever since. Dr. Epstein and the office were absolutely incredible. I went for a breast augmentation and I could not be happier with my experience as well as my results! The office is super clean, and modern looking. The staff were awesome, they were all so nice, lovely to talk to, knew exactly what they were talking about and made me feel so comfortable.
