What visit? They wouldn't even schedule me due to a missed appointment from THREE YEARS AGO, ONE TIME. The front desk staff, or lack thereof, is nothing but rude, judgemental and pompous. Know-it-all. To keep this PG and friendly, do yourself a solid and just don't waste time with this "crew". Every last person in that "office" shouldn't be legally able or deemed competent to work with people, or work, period. Hopefully this place gets ran to the ground. Ps. One star is generous. Only given because it's required. (: you're welcome.

Terrible dentist. Treats patients awful and made my 11 year old sister cry. I work for a dentist and mark froedge does not do things how you’re supposed to

I really don’t appreciate how he’s talked to My child about a missed appointment and I’ll take my business somewhere else very very unprofessional and You need to take that up with a parent and not and child

Was told to be here at 815 for an 830 apt. It’s 931 and still haven’t been seen. Very disappointed in this place.

The staff was awesome and worked me in, during an emergency. They were helpful and courteous and caring. I will definitely travel to go back !!!

I took my brother here and he was left with 4 big holes in his teeth which he then complained for hours on end and was left bleeding when he come out of surgery. I highly don't recommend going here????????

Great Dr.Frodge and the Dental hygienist were GREAT too!! Good work done today!!!

pulled few teeth ,,zero issues ,,they got me in both times before things got to bad ...staff was nice ,,these are the people to see. in my opinion

Dr Froedge and the entire staff were very kind and compassionate. The environment was very comfortable and completely professional. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

arrogant and rude to his customers

Pulled a tooth with a gumline cavity that could have been saved but didn't even bother to talk about options or tell me what dry socket was until AFTER it was pulled. Never takes time to discuss exactly what they're going to do. Stuck in old ways so instead of replacing silver fillings with composite, he used more silver which is practically like a wedge driving your tooth apart. Also stingy with the silver as I have dips in my teeth that shouldn't be there and sharp edges I cut my tongue on if I'm not careful when I eat, and also I now have a filled tooth that clicks when I bite. The dental assistants will walk in and he'll talk to them while having a drill on and in your mouth smh. I honestly wish I could have the assistants work on my teeth rather than him. I would definitely NOT recommend going unless it's the only place you can. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Especially after hearing some of the rumors about him ???? I only went because this is the only office that accepts my insurance for basic dental procedures.I will not be going again. He is terribly rude and has no regard for his patients. Watch him, he will attempt to work on your mouth without gloves and then gets offended when you ask him to wear gloves! As if that’s optional. The hygienists seem nice but he is a real piece of work. If you have no other options, make sure you take someone with you because I have a feeling that he would be a little less bold if you had a witness. Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Very professional friendly staff!

Worst dentist ever he is rude and doesn't care about how his patients feel he is only out for him self

Took my spouse here for a cavity filling. Waited about 10 minutes till they called him, I thought that was good. Then 3 children went in after him, all of them finished before him. They had already numbed him before these children came in (to put it into perspective that was an 1 hour and a half of him waiting back there). I'm still waiting and they still haven't touched him. I hope they numb him again if they go through with it. Ugh this is terrible service. Hope he doesn't butcher it.

Took my fiance to this man he left 3 gaping holes in her upper jaw with no stiches to close the tooth sockets. I really hope she does not develop a dry socket most practices will put at least a stiche in to close it up however yank and on your way also she waited for like an hour after doing the paperwork. also complained to my fiance because she needed another shot to numb the area. will not return if we have a choice needs to work on bedside manor a bit. we relize getting teeth removed sucks but if an old dentist cant comfort his paitent then what the point. Wonderful staff and they worked me in last minute. They also took into consideration my fear of dentist and was very patient with me

I think he is a great dentist. He takes great care of my two kids. They are very comfortable around him. I think he is very nice and professional.

I went to Dr. Froedge the other day for the first time. His office did a cleaning, some fillings and pulled a tooth. They were all very nice and friendly and did a great job on my teeth. I will return for more dental work and I would also recommend Dr. Froedge to anyone.

I went there and have been going there the last few years,I really like dr frodge he is a very good dentist , and very polite and understanding , ppl might down grade him but I really like him I and my family will continue to see him for all of our needs.

I saw Dr Froedge years ago to have a wisdom tooth removed. At the time, I didn't realize how rough he was being. I was convinced that it was naturally that difficult to cut out an impacted wisdom tooth. My lips were bruised and ripped, and I had a mouth full of stitches, even in my jaw. I got a dry socket, and that was a bigger nightmare. He just crammed a chunk of gauze into the hole with no regard for the pain I was in. Two years later I had to have the other three wisdom teeth cut out at the same time- by a different dentist. Needless to say, I was concerned after the horrible experience of having just one taken out! I saw the other dentist for the procedures, and I was out of her office in under an hour. I did not have any bruising, my mouth was not mangled, and it was painless. She was very proficient at her job and took great care to ensure that I was comfortable. I had 8 stitches for 3 incisions, and I never got a dry socket! My mouth wasn't even sore! I was sore for a month after my visit to Dr Froedge, and he nearly popped my jaw out of place according to my physician. I'd never let a child see Dr Froedge, nor would I take anyone that had a fear of the dentist already. I don't think there would be any circumstance to make me return to his office. I cannot think of a pain bad enough that would take me to his door. I saw Dr Froedge years ago to have a wisdom tooth removed. At the time, I didn't realize how rough he was being.
