Dr. Giallorenzi and his staff were amazing. Not only did they explain everything, but also went over everything step by step as they were prepping for the procedure. They were all very kind and comforting. Great crew and very professional! I felt no pain during the procedure and would highly recommend this practice.

In my 24 years I have never once been spoken to by a professional the way I was by Dr. Giallorenzi. I was unable to get a ride home from my procedure so I was unable to go under general anesthesia. I expressed to him that I have severe anxiety & he immediately told me that I needed to be asleep for the procedure. Instead of telling me to simply reschedule he demeaned me in front of his assistants & told me to “either find someone else or get out & reschedule” then ended it with “you’re dismissed” & stormed off. Being in a line of work where a lot of your job is to ensure your patients are comfortable, you would think one wouldn’t speak to someone this way. I understand it was most definitely frustrating to feel like his time was wasted since he refused to perform the procedure that day but there is no reason to demean someone the way he did me. I’m sure his work is phenomenal but my personal experience with him will forever leave a bad taste in my mouth. Could not have asked for a better experience. Made extra sure my procedure was pain free. Doctor took his time with me and he and the staff were always extremely professional, courteous, patience at all times. I cannot say enough about my positive experience.

Was very professional, gave me three shots that were painless, my tooth was out before I realized it.

Very nasty attitude, my husband had his wisdom teeth pulled and I was on Facebook on my phone and he assumed I was "recording " which I wasnt and he screamed at me to turn off my phone. Like I was a child, absolutely disgusting attitude

Highly unprofessional, in a rush, booming voice directly in your ear ( only voice heard throughout whole complex), refused to apply topical numbing solution prior to injection, “ we don’t do that in this practice “. He disregarded a medical condition that requires frequent mouth closing. He then dismissed me in a huff stating he could not help me and was ‘ appalled ‘ when I uncharacteristicly used profanity. Refusing treatment was the best move he made!

Makes you very comfortable in the office. He has a wonderful staff and is as close to being a painless dentist as they come. I had a fractured tooth that had to come out with two roots that were in my maxillary sinus and didn't feel a thing. This was under a LOCAL! There was no post op pain and I was eating solid food the next day. If anyone is looking for an oral surgeon, I would highly recommend his office in Carbondale/Childs.
