Absolutely the most thorough doctor I have ever had. I would give the doctor AND his team, TEN STARS..!! I came in with a lot of questions and left confident they were all answered ....

Dr. Hite is an outstanding doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate and empathetic. He answered all of my questions and explained the process of my cataract surgery thoroughly. I highly recommend him.

After several calls and e mails that went unanswered left me feeling I was unimportant for my surgery. I realize that th virus screwed everything up but all it takes is a phone call as to what is happening now we are getting back to semi normal

Great office staff. Very friendly yet efficient. Dr Hite was thorough and explained everything completely. Highly recommend! Recently I had both of my cataracts removed by Dr. Hite. The procedures were done outpatient at a beautiful facility. Everyone there was extremely kind. My surgeries went wonderfully and now I am able to see better than I ever imagined. I loved the practice everybody was super nice and friendly. I really felt comfortable there as it was my first time at an eye doctor. I loved Dr. Hite super knowledgeable, knows what he is talking about, thorough and a very nice eye doctor. All around great visit and I highly recommend this practice.

My experience at the office was completely positive. The staff at the registration desk were friendly and helpful. There was very little paperwork and I was called in ahead of my scheduled time. A very cheerful nurse got my health background information and did preliminary work. When she was done, I had only a brief wait to see the doctor. Dr. Hite was extremely gentle and explained things clearly and calmly. He took his time and listened. He (and his assistant) truly put me at ease.

This office makes you wait at least an hour after your appt time to see an assistant, I was treated very rude and have never seen the doc on less than 90 min after my scheduled appt time, for kids appt! The office regularly has over flowing trash cans and the assistants are rude.
