was very nervous about doing this a little afraid but i have to tell you from the beggining i was explained everything in detail and it made me feel better and more at ease i was really afraid of the pain i had in my mind i would experience after just having all of my teeth removed but i have to tell you i keep waiting for the pain to come and it never did not at all i was so amazed l love the care and thoughtfulness of this office its staff from front office to the doctor i know who i WILL recomend

Dr Hoffr5ichter was wonderful. I had to have 4 teeth pulled and was very nervous. He had a wonderful bedside manner. He was very kind, explained everything to me and from the time of the first injections until he had pulled my teeth, I felt no pain. I couldn't be happier. And his office staff was wonderful also.

My experience was excellent.

After paying $300 for a pre exam appt the dr was very short with me. I am terrified of anything to do with having teeth pulled and I could tell I was really getting on his nerves. He insisted on pulling three teeth at one time, insisted on knocking me out, and when i said i would prefer one at a time and not being knocked out he said that is ridiculous. 300 dollars and his office never called me back. i could tell he didn’t like me. i seriously felt he was tirned off by my teeth which i have let go due to my fear of dentists. Thank God I called another oral surgeon who was so compassionate and took out ONE tooth and the pain was gone. Zero bedside manner or professionalism

Dr. Hoffrichter is an intelligent and talented doctor. He has done a great job with both of my children. While I understand he is very busy, spending a little more time with each patient may ease the minds of uneasy patients.

The registration was made available which was a big plus, especially being an older individual. The friendliness and honesty was very evident with all staff. I would have no fear coming here again like I might have with a different provider. I would highly recommend this practice. It is a people practice that treats you with respect and many smiles.

this is not my first time with this doctor office and all i can say it was the best decision when i choose this office.

Worst experience ever. I had to take my daughter for a tooth extraction. Something didn't feel right at the consultation and I should have followed my instincts. Today was the worst day ever. His bedside manners with children are absolutely awful. She is terrified of doctors and this made things even worse. He refused to let me go back with her to give her a shot. He tried to rush us despite her being extremely upset. He got mad when she wouldn't calm down. He tried taking her out of my arms despite me telling him it was not going to go well. She ended up fighting him. He was so rude and he ended up kicking us out of the office. DO NOT GO TO HIM. PLEASE, for the sake of your children. I will be contacting the board about putting in a formal complaint. He should NOT be practicing with children.

The consultant was great. The actual visit was a nightmare. Disrespected me and threatening me that he will not go forward with the visit if I don't get out of the room in front of my daughter and everyone. When he stated in the consultant that I can only be there while IV will be put on. He yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. Just because I asked him what changed from last time we spoke. I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THERE IS BETTER DOCTORS THAT IS RESPECTFUL. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE ENCOUNTERED A SITUATION LIKE THIS. He treats his employees horrible it's disgusting. Racist f.

It has been a pleasure to work with Dr. Hoffrichter, his personalized follow up calls are class act and would be the number room reason I recommend him. It is not that often that the follow up call come directly from the doctor.

Dr. Hoffrichter has a wonderful bedside manner, and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. He is also wonderful at what he does. I would highly reccommend him.

Our orthodontist suggested Dr. Hoffricheter and we could not be more pleased. My son's procedure went well. They made him very comfortable. Offices and gorgeous and clean. Covid procedures are in place. We are so pleased with his work and will return!

I was anxious about getting a tooth removed, but everybody at the practice was reassuring. The procedure was extremely quick, and the entire experiance left me feeling confident about using this practice in the future.
