Caring, takes the time to really listen in order to make the right decisions to help

Dr. Kallus is the best, never in a hurry, always takes time to discuss what's going on with me. I had a rough time of it a few years ago and Dr. Kallus got me through it. Great staff too.

I've been going to Dr. Kallus for a while now, and every time I go it seems like it takes forever for someone to get seen. They double book their patients. A woman across from me had the same appointment time as I did. I had to get some testing done at the hospital and I waited to hear back from my doctor. After the first week I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the second week I began calling. Straight to voice mail the first time, so I left a message. 4 weeks, 8 calls, and 3 messages after my testing I finally got a call saying that I was fine. Couldn't have told me that earlier? I expect professionalism from someone who is taking my money to inspect my health, but this was ridiculous. Taking my time, money, and health elsewhere.
