I am blown away by the care and attention Dr. Macklis has provided me. After feeling not heard by my previous gynecologist, I switched to him on a recommendation and don't understand how all doctors aren't like him. He took an hour with me the first time to go over some tests together. He is sharp, caring, and truly an amazing doctor.
Smart and very thorough but feel that decisions made in delivery led to episiotomy that was also incredibly painful in recovery due to the type he chose. Long waits for visits were very frustrating, as well.
Fantastic Dr, caring and family oriented. Calms your anxieties, works with your concerns and questions. Staff if friendly and helpful. Wish he could be my primary as well as OB
