A very caring and nice doctor. Highly experienced. Rendered a plenty of time to check my wife’s vertigo problem. Checked thoroughly. Gave excellent medical advice accordingly and finally referred my wife to a sub specialist. Sound advice. Highly recommended. My five stars.

Very caring and professional.
Great experience
Nice office, nice doctor, no candies
Great customer service, very professional,
Dr. Nichols was the bomb! I went to him after battling with a bad and painful ear infection for a week and I got instant relief after I left the office and what he prescribed me was right on point!!! Quick and very knowledgeable!! 100 Stars ????
Dr. Nichols comes in smiling and leaves smiling. He’s the friendliest doctor I know. I can talk to him about anything. He was referred to me by my PCP doctor. He’s caring and he listens and I’m so glad we met. Thanks.
Very professional and knowledgeable!!!
Highly attentive to details. Compassionate. Genuine. professional. Caring, and most importantly, Knowledgeable. I will be back.
He is truly the best ENT Dr I’ve ever had. Very thorough and excellent at explaining everything! I highly recommend him!
Dr. Nichols took a complete history of my ear problems and made a plan on how we would proceed in solving them. Dr. Nichols is a personable physician who I feel I can trust.
Always professional and caring!!
I love the way he explained things to us, also he has a sweet understanding heart…
Appreciate Dr. Nichols friendliness and caring approach for this patient, me. Overbearing his interaction with others is a standard he practices.

Really blessed to have the best ear surgeon work on me! My surgery went great! Before surgery all my questions were answered before even asking, any thing that came up Dr. Nichols and his staff helped me through it. I Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!
Dr Nicholus saw my husband for six months check up and also clean the wax in his ear. Generally the doctor would use the scope and check ear nose & throat He had Papaloma surgery so we want to know there are no polyps etc. To my surprise all he wanted to do was to remove wax. I feel he was in hurry & did not want to do a through check up.
He's just a bad doctor. He never listens to the patient truly and wants to be done with you asap.
Got my deviated septum surgery from dr mark a few years ago. Fast forward to this year, I found out my septum is still drastically deviated from my new ent. Paid for a surgery that didn’t do anything for me. Out the money, dealt with the recovery, all for nothing. Horrible. Don’t trust him.
Extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, and impatient. My initial appointment was on Oct. 22, 2020 at 10:30AM. After a period of waiting I was led to the backroom where the doctor would do examinations. Dr. Nichols came in, asked a few questions and did very brief examinations which concluded in less than 10 minutes. Afterwards he went on to prescribe 4 different medications and a chest x-ray to do further investigation. Of the 4 medications there were very little to no description of what they are or what they do. Before I could comprehend what was happening I was escorted to check out to do the $40 copay along with my insurance. I arrived at my 2nd appointment on Nov 13. 2020 at 2:15 for my follow up. Immediately I informed Dr. Nichols that I did not take the allergy medication as it lowers immune systems due to COVID concerns and wanted to confirm with him about my situation before taking with the intent of giving my doctor full disclosure of my status and situation so he can make the best judgement of the next course of action. However, it seems my comment irritated Dr. Nichols as he began condescendingly talking down to me, berating me, and showing a lot of passive aggressive attitude in regards to why I didn't listen. I do not understand why the doctor became so agitated suddenly so I asked if his practice was very busy at the moment which he denied. I also tried to explain that the first time I didn't get a lot of information so I just wanted to understand how to proceed and did not mean to intentionally deviate from his professional instructions. However Dr. Nichols became visibly defensive when I mentioned I felt a bit rushed the first session and did not seem to want to hear anything else and kept interrupting with a passive aggressive loud "YES, YES, SURE I UNDERSTAND" to cut my explanation off mid-sentence then continue to say things like, and I quote “well if you don’t do what I say then there's no way for me to help you.”, “you don’t want to take it. I don’t want you to take it.“, "No it's ok, I don't want you to take it now", “ you pay a lot of money to see me so I thought you’d do something as basic as listen to your doctor.” As I tried to explain I just wanted some basic information on what’s going into my system and have a peace of mind from my doctor that during a pandemic this medication is OK. I keep trying to explain that now I understand the risks seems ok from his reaction and I will go home to take the medicine now and he just responded with "You don't have to take it if you don't want to take it" even after I explained over and over again that I never not wanted to take anything, I simply wanted reassurance. At this point it became blatantly obvious that his emotional state became elevated and nothing I said was going to sink in. I finally gave up trying to explain and inquired about next steps. Things seemed to have settled down a bit and he told me he will need to examine down my nose but because we're in a pandemic, I have to get tested for COVID first. Then he wanted me to come back and test for allergens. I told him that I have concerns about the COVID test and wanted to see if I can just go home to take the allergy medications first and get tested for allergens and he became offended again and told me to do whatever I want then got up and left. I was again rushed off to checkout to pay another $40 copay with 2 follow up appoints that are also $40 each. After this highly unprofessional, extremely rude, and highly frustrating experience, I asked them to cancel my future appointments as I will not be visiting Dr. Nichols anymore. Regardless of the reason that caused his state of irritation, I think it is highly unprofessional and unethical for a doctor to show such attitude, lack of patience, and lack of empathy/understanding towards any paying customer and patient of his. I am not the only one that experienced a negative experience such as this here and by far not the worst. Extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, and impatient. I made a new patient appointment to see Dr. Nichols. When asked for my ID, I readily agreed to show them to prove my identity but would not allow a copy or scan made. I have my identity stolen with my driver's license and advised by law enforcement to never provide my license to be on file. I have been doing this FOR YEARS now and no one has denied me care. But this doctor's office refused to see me saying they must have my ID for insurance. That is an outright lie and I declined to continue with the appointment. I had an excellent surgery by Dr. Nichols and had wonderful support from Lourdes and Dr. Nichols' assistant. The staff, particularity in billing, were very helpful. 2/2 stars for those factors, 0/3 for all other components of my time with Dr Nichols. Unfortunately I came to the practice on a recommendation from my primary care doctor later, I found out that my father had had a previous negative experience with Dr Nichols but I chose to continue in his care for an operation, against my parents' suggestion. He did a good job on the surgery, without doubt. However, Dr Nichols was dismissive of my concerns, spent minimal time in his follow up examination and, even after I cited trouble, could not be bothered to even ask me to open my mouth, only saying "that's normal". I consistently felt talked down to and like it was his job to be God and my job (especially as a young woman) to be grateful and awed, which was further emphasized by the walls of certificates, servile attitude is super staff, and a taped up print out listing all the ways doctors are mistreated by the health insurance system. During earlier appointments he twice suctioned ear wax without asking or explaining potential for charge, although I had already been discussing concern regarding care costs (to which he made me feel like if I couldn't pay I was wasting his time) and had expressed no difficulty hearing or discomfort. Luckily it was covered by my insurance but this can pose serious challenges for patients. After my surgery when I expressed confusion over post operative care (as a relatively knowledgeable allied health professional myself), he rudely and somewhat aggressively explained that that was what the pre-op appointment was for, even though there is extensive medical evidence that patients do not retain verbally presented information and should be given written instructions and info, which is why the hospital provides a folder after surgery with a pocket (left empty by the good doctor) labeled for post surgery care and instructions. All in all, although I'm sure the surgery scar will heal beautifully, I am left with a very negative feeling toward Dr. Nichols' bedside manner and will neither be recommending him nor returning. I have had sinus problems for 4 years and Dr. Nicholas was a life saver! He did an amazing job!! He did my sinus surgery in December and I can finally breath and sleep through the night. He and his staff are amazing! Thank you Dr. Nicholas for really caring for your patients.
Dr. Nichols was very rude to my husband and we will never go to him again. He ask my husband how he was feeling and when my husband told him Dr. Nichols said don't say that word! He insisted that my husband have a hearing test, my husband didn't need a hearing test and that is not why he went and he told his nurse that, but the Dr. insisted that he have one. I think the Dr. is just trying to sell unnecessary test and products to patients. Would give this a zero instead of one star.
I would never go to this doctor again. Not only was he rude but nasty and made snide comments when my wife answered his questions but he was disrespectful and treated us with disdain. He was rushing the exam so fast we couldn't keep up with him. I could go on & on but suffice it to say that this is a warning...do not waste your time to see this quack. He should not be called a doctor!

I made an appointment as a new patient and when I got to the office I was asked for my ID. I explained I was happy to show them my TDL to verify my identity but would not allow a copy. I explained my identity was stolen via my TDL several years ago and I do not allow it to be copied or scanned. I was then told they would not see me because an ID was "required for insurance". I happen to know that is an outright lie. Insurance does NOT require an ID be copied, scanned or even on file to submit claims. So in addition to refusing care, they lied about the reason why. Do not go to this practice if you care about your privacy or security.
Rude and doesnt follow up with patients MRI results. Wish I had read the one star reviews before coming in.
Dr. Nichols is a godsend for both my husband and me. In 2017 he diagnosed my husband with vocal cord cancer when 2 other ENTs failed to do so. Dr Nichols referred him to M D Anderson where he was cured. He saved his life. Recently he diagnosed a tumor on my thyroid which fortunately was benign. My Endocronologist missed it for over a year and a half. I canât say enough good about Dr Nichols. We both have completed trust in him.
Dr. Nichols was extremely rude to me and my wife. We will not be going back to him again.
Dr does not have any patient ; rush visit.
The worst freaking doctor I have ever saw!! Rude..mean..no bedside manner at all!!! If I could give no stars I would!!! Do not go to him!!
After 10 months of treatment for tinnitus, he claimed to have "improved my hearing". He accomplished nothing beyond draining my wallet of $6k and 10 months of my life.
This doctor is very rude. He yelled at myself and my daughter (a child) due to our inability to make co-pays and due to the fact we struggled to come up with the money for gas to get to and from appts. He has no empathy and only cares about money. He requires excessive, unneeded appointments, and let's his giant ego get in the way of patient care. My daughter said she never wanted to set foot in that office ever again. Steer clear. This doctor is very rude. While the doctor was very nice, and did the job very well. I was charged way more than expected, they charged me 60 to sign in and then another 75 in order to leave and my co pay on my insurance is supposed to only be 60. Plus I had to pay 20dollars to park.
Rude, condescending, no bedside manner, and extorted $500 in fake shipping and handing charges for a middle ear implant processor. I was in dire need quickly for the surgery and was basically informed I could take it or leave it. Forced me to go under general anesthesia where he cut my scalp so bad instead of going behind the ear as other surgeons do for this that half my scalp has no feeling after 4 years. Charged around $2500 for anesthesia instead of doing outpatient with a Xanax and a Percocet then lidocaine injections. After this giant C shaped butcher job on my scalp, he told me to “just take an Aleve” very rudely when 2 days worth of pain pills ran out. He also shaved a huge amount of my hair around this barbaric C shape(my hair was almost to my waist) When I asked why he did the incision that was done for FDA trials 10 years prior, he told me that I don’t know how difficult this surgery is and that he’s the one with the medical degree. NOTE: Just so you know...the surgery to replace this 6 days ago(battery dying)...just a 2 1/2” incision behind my ear with barely any hair shaved. To top it all off, at the last follow up appointment, his staff said I owed an additional $200+. I told them to take it out of the $500 that was extorted from me. I never went back and traveled to California to one of the original surgeons for this implant to have the new replacement last week plus made it a week long vacation with airfare, hotel, rental car, and food for less than Nichols charged for the complete surgery. Doctor was on time and explained everting very clearly. Great experience
The doctor was very knowledgeable and gave me hope to hear from my ear again. Thanks doc
Dr. Nichols was polite and thorough. He was honest and his diagnosis was correct. I will recommend him to friends and family.
Dr. Nichols has been my doctor for over 10 years and has always done a fabulous job. I highly recommend him.
Correctly discovered abnormal protein in blood work leading to two types of blood cancers in 2010. Most recently treated sinus infection after another Dr. gave me four rounds of antibiotic that did not work. He's a very kind, compassion expert in his field.
I have been going to Dr. Nichols since 2012 and have had 3 surgeries with him. He is above all the best ENT I have ever been to. He is so kind, nice, and patient. I will never go to another ENT. I highly recommend Dr. Nichols!
The staff at Dr. Nichols office are very polite, efficient and careful to see to my needs. I was a little anxious but the staff made me feel welcomed and that they would take care of me while in their care. I will certainly recommend Dr. Nichols to take care of you. Stay clear from this Doctors office. They have you sign something that gives them the ability to charge anything they want. Very unprofessional staff. The doctor only cares about his bottom line. Dr. Nichols doesn't seem to care if you get the service you are billed for or not and he relays that message to his staff. If you are seeking medical treatment, look elsewhere.
