The staff is very rude make mistakes in returning your phone calls with wrong information. I think they have no mannerisms no matter what the reason is for the call just plain out rude you get the feeling it is a bother for them for the call not to mention that they don't answer the phone especially if they know who is calling from the caller ID.The doctor definitely needs an overhaul with the staff get people who are respectful, courteous and pleasant please ???? Dr. Perotti is great but is staff is trash, the medical assistant, didn’t catch her name, is rude and disrespectful. They are not accommodating in the least. It’s a shame such a good doctor is held back by an awful staff. Skip this practice if at all possible.

I wouldn’t recommend this doctors office. The office staff is very unorganized and are not very pleasant.

I have been seeing this Dr for years. The receptionist is so rude and disrespectful. The answering service is horrible. I never met a Dr that would not fill a non narcotic anti depression medication or treat people this way. I have a appointment the receptionist told me to call the pharmacy to get enough to last till they are open Which is Thursday. I have been calling all week I do not understand how someone in the medical field can be so rude. They are rude and unreliable. I have been seeing this Dr for years. The doctors are great but the medical staff are unpleasant and do not go the extra step to help. During CoVID when we need the most help they are short and just rude over the phone.

Great very personable and thorough would suggest. I have used him for many years and have had great results. ( those f you from across the ocean from the great country of Italy speaks Italian)

Upon reading these negative reviews I must say I’m shocked. Dr. Perrotti pretty much saved my life! I apologize in advance for the long review but I believe people should hear the positive stuff. About 9 years ago I had a sinus infection and called him so he could have an antibiotic script sent over to the pharmacy. He told me to stop in the next day first thing at 8am when they opened for a quick check up. I tried to avoid the visit as I thought it was going to be senseless because I had a physical examination done by him about 7-8 months prior so, I thought everything was all good . After, 5-10 minutes of me trying to have him phone in the script he said “ do you want the friggin’ antibiotics...? Then stop by first thing tomorrow!” Fine, I’ll stop in. Mind you, he is a family friend so the professional lingo goes out the window when he’s trying to get something through my thick skull. During the quick check up, he caught a murmur that was never there before. Turned out I had an asymptomatic heart condition that if left untreated would have taken me out for good. Sent from my iPhone I’d like to add my recent experience with the new and improved Dr. PERROTTI medical offices. First of all it is amazes me to see some of the negative reviews . I have read about Dr Mark PERROTTI. I am here to tell you that the best thing I ever did was change my medical group to a young intelligent, hospital affiliated and good friend and someone I trust my life with. I believe that the recent reviews are a result of the past staffers. Dr. PERROTTI has changed it all for the better! No more rude people to deal with or never having your calls returned.! What I have noticed since the doctor had instituted a complete change of his office I am impressed with the service that I received and trust.! I found everyone from the technicians to the secretary to the physicians assistant to be friendly and Willing to help.! I would also like to say recently with all the craziness that has been going on, I called the answering service and the doctor called me back within a few minutes and had me tested for the coronavirus which thank God it was negative! I had gone to this doctor for several months.Each time that I had gone, I related to the doctor that I felt there was a problem with my lungs.After hearing my complaint,he ordered an MRI of my abdomen.When attending the MRI appointment, I had asked why they were doing a procedure on my abdomen instead of a scan of my lungs.The technician explained that the doctor had only ordered a scan of my abdomen.I explained that the problem existed with my lungs.In returning to the doctor's office, I had asked why my lungs were not scanned for the procedure?The doctor responded with telling me because of a previous problem that he was checking to see if there was any differential.I explained to him that I went to him with the complaint of my lungs.Instead of ordering a new scan to check my lungs,he ignored my complaint.This doctor has a great personality but when it comes to his profession concerning health care,he doesn't know what he's doing.Last week,I unfortunately suffered a complete collapse.After waiting in his office for a half hour I explained that I required help,his answer was to be very defensive and claimed I never brought the breathing problem to his attention.If that was true,why would I ask why they weren't performing the MRI scanning procedure on my lungs.As much as I appreciate this self acclaimed doctor's personality,he should realize that his patients time is also valuable and should adhere to a scheduled appointment time.He should also listen and comprehend a patient's difficulty.Proper health care should follow with resolving health issues.Now seeing the poor health care that he has provided,I will search for a knowledgeable primary health care provider that can handle health care issues. Very friendly personable doctor. I feel very comfortable talking to Dr. Perrotti about personal health matters. I feel very fortunate to have such a good doctor

The receptionist is not sympathetic or understanding, and comes off very rude. I also had a billing Iinsident with insurance. It was entered in the system wrong leaving me with a $450 bill. I was told that they couldn't do anything and that I had to pay even after they admitted there mistake. There's better customer service at other Practices. I no longer go here. I see Alyssa Anderson in the office and She is ALWAYS attentive and doesn't rush me and listens to what I have to say. She is always nice and courteous and professional yet warm and welcoming. I enjoy her as my healthcare provider. I highly recommend this office. The staff is always nice and welcoming as well.

Dr. Perotti is very personable and friendly. His office and APRN are the epitome of incompetence. The office is rude and not understanding. Will belittle sick and elderly patients if they are a few moments late because they are sick. Do yourself a favor and find ANYONE else. You do not want to deal with this office.

Always issues with getting my mother's prescriptions sent to the pharmacy on time and properly. The only reason we still go here is convenience of location and insurance acceptance. I feel like this office is a bunch of kids playing doctor sometimes with no real medical knowledge. So the Dr is very nice, but I don't think he's too good. Seems like anything even mildly out of the normal isnt in his wheelhouse. Never on time. Ever.

Dr Perrotti is an excellent physician with a wonderful staff, never once in the twelve years under his care witness any of the complaints

Great MD & staff. Never had any issues and highly recommend them. Hard to find a good MD like Perrotti nowadays.

Hands down best Dr I’ve ever had! I’m sad that I moved out of CT because I will not find a better Doctor. It’s also fun talking to him about The Revs Soccer Matches!!

Called the office at 9:30 am to schedule an appointment as a new patient...,its almost 3 pm and no call back. Wow.

This doctors office is terrible. I should have listened to my friend the doctor misdiagnosed him and almost killed him. Horrible experience.

Doctor Perrotti is the man - very patient, knowledgable, and compassionate. It is tough to find in this field, but Dr Perrotti makes himself available and really treats his patients like family. His staff is also top notch - quick, efficient, etc. He takes Aetna insurance which is a plus.

Dr. Perrotti is an excellent physician. He is compassionate and has the most comprehensive training available to any physician on any continent.

Since this. Doctor has taken over a retiring practice. You can not depend on him. If you get sick or injured If you are aged and maybe have pneumonia they say can see you. Next week. If you fall and have head injury. We can see you next week. Maybe this is how it's done in Other countries but not in the USA if practicing good medicine You can never get an urgent appointment. A response to go to the. ER is wrong. This is why. ER is busy it is meant for trauma pts
