absolutely professional caring and want stuff done right. Cares about the people sitting there waiting on their loved one.

Such a nice and efficient office, a very pleasant experience. I was early and actually left there before my appointment time so no waiting.

Dr. Pirwitz has been my cardiologist for a few years now and I couldn't ask for a better physician. Very personable and compassionate. Great bedside manners.

Great way to have a conversation with a doctor for a status check. Video was clear and engaging and it was a very efficient call. The time saved in travel to/from a medical facility can be better spent in front of the medical expert. While there is no substitute for F2F interaction (for any kind of human contact) this was the next best thing and I felt like I was in the room with my doctor. Great doctor but the office management is terrible. Scheduled a follow up appointment over a year ago. Got a call 2 hours before the appointment to say that Dr Pirwitz is on vacation and there is a mix up in their schedule system. They offered me an appointment 6 months out and it was "take it or leave it". Unbelievable!

Dr.Pirwitz is excellent! He is flexible in his understanding and listens. He then responds with useful non-dogmatic information.

To put it very simply Perwitz is a cardiology rock star!. Been seeing him and his team for over 15 years. This week he replaced my aortic valve via the TVAR procedure. His team from Dr. Kessler, Carol Angrus to a bunch of professional nurses and technicians are professional, smart, caring and fun. Kudos to Lucy, Nick, Dan, Marla, Tracey Reed to a bunch of others I do not recall were awesome!!

I highly recommend Dr. Pirwitz. I've seen him for several years now for regular checkups monitoring my congenital heart defect. He is extremely caring, friendly, and professional. He always takes time to explain things thoroughly and using terms that are proper but that lay person can also understand, rather than a lot of medical jargon. He doesn't try to rush through the appointment, asks if I have any questions, and really takes time to answer any questions I do have.

Been with Dr. Pirwitz for over 5 years and he has always been caring, friendly and very explanatory about my heart conditions. His staff has always been prompt and courteous.

Dr. Pirwitz is an amazing doctor. He has done an amazing job and I believe Austin, TX is lucky to have a doctor like him. I cannot appreciate him enough. We are blessed to have him here. Thank you Dr. Pirwitz - Sal Love

Dr. Pirwitz is an excellent doctor but his staff is unorganized and inept. I visited after having a hospital visit from chest pains. I visited him and he said because of my tests, age and family history there was little for me to worry about. Well it has taken a week and half and over 3 visits just to get a signature on a from for me to return to work. I can't work until i get that paperwork! Are you going to pay my bills? The last time I checked my medical insurance doesn't pay rent! You have lost a patient and certainly any potential referrals to your office. I switched from Austin Heart to Dr.Pirwitz. My appointment was at 3:30, got in as soon as I arrived and checked in. His staff from reception to his medical staff was top notch! Polite, friendly and efficient! So effiecient that I was able to my my appointment for NEXT YEAR as I was leaving my appointment today. (Unusual for a dr.'soffice). I arrived 1/2 hour early formy 3:30 appointment and was in as soon as I got there. He listened to me. His staff listened to me. They treated me like a patient not a dollar sign! I don'tknow which office other reviewers went to to give such low reviews, but I was impressed with my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Pirwitz! I switched from Austin Heart to Dr.Pirwitz. Saw Dr. Pirwitzfor the first time today after switching from Austin Heart. He LISTENS and he explains what he is talking about! His staff is very friendly! I did not feel rushed. My appointment was at 3:30 & got in early. I highly recommend!
